I am nearly through with my second container and honestly I'm not noticing a huge difference with my hair, skin or nails. I've used 2 scoops daily mixed with coffee or hot tea. On the plus side, there is no taste and the powder mixes well in my hot beverage.

I was really excited to try this based on the reviews, but when I tried to add it to cold water it wouldn't dissolve even with vigorous shaking. It clumped together and it tasted awful - so much for being unflavored. I'm sure it can dissolve in hot liquids and blended into smoothies to the point where you don't notice it, but I prefer water. So disappointed.

I love Vital Proteins collagen peptides! I typically put one scoop in my hot coffee or tea with creamer (1-3 times a day) and a tiny bit of sugar and it dissolves and doesn't really add any additional weird flavor which is great! I've also added it to yogurt, oatmeal and some other foods. I'm an athlete and do not eat a ton of meat so for me this is just a great way to get my protein intake up to where it needs to be to maintain my muscle mass (124g is a lot of protein when you actually look at how much protein is in different foods!). After taking these on a pretty regular basis for the past 6 months I've noticed a few things: my recovery time after longer workouts is better, I no longer get DOMS a few days after a hard workout and my hair and nails grow faster and seem healthier. I haven't added any other products or changed my diet other than these collagen peptides so I'd have to attribute it to these.

I bought this about a month ago and glad that I made the switch. I was using another brand that doesn't dissolve in my coffee as well and I always felt it made my coffee bitter. But I drink this with no problem and it doesn't effect the flavor of my drink. It doesn't dissolve in cold very well but I put in my coffee each morning and good to go.

I've been using collagen peptides for a few months now. I like that it mixes well with my morning coffee. Dissolve well with warm/hot coffee. I try mixing with chilled orange juice and that doesn't go well. It clumps up and doesn't dissolve. I haven't noticed improvement in overall wellness or skin, hair or nail.

I am a 53 y/o 5'3" Female at 183#. I was experience so much joint pain that I was on a daily dose of Aleve. After finishing my 1st tub 1 month later, I can say that my joint pain is non-existent! I bought this a month ago, used the 20g a day it called for. I did not see any difference in anything! My joints still aches, my nails and hair are as they were. They have always been healthy I just thought I would see growth as you read in other reviews. No difference in my skin either. Waste of money in my opinion. I rate this product a ZERO!

My Dr recommended I start taking collagen to help my hip pain from osteoarthritis as I am not ready for a hip replacement. I started taking Vital Protein since she recommended this brand and I have noticed improvement in my range of motion and decrease in the pain!

I've been using this product for a few weeks now. I started using it to help with joint issues. I've noticed my nails becoming healthier and increased new hair growth. I've noticed some improvement with certain joint issues, but longer use will be a better tell for complete effectiveness. I put two scoops each morning in a regular size cup of coffee. It dissolves completely when stirred and there is zero taste or smell to it. I'm excited to see what happens with longer use!
