I bough this 2 months ago. I was so excited to try it based off of all of the reviews but it was very disappointing. It does not dissolve well at all unless it is in something hot like coffee. It says unflavored but again has a very distinct flavor and changes the taste of whatever you are eating and drinking. Not the best collagen product out there in my opinion.

My daughter (41) has been taking this products for several years now. She suggested I take it due to aging issues. I am experiencing some really nice results. I'm not as tired, my mood has elevated, my joints don't hurt as before, my hair and nails...... well.....wow‼️I've invited all three of my sisters to vital proteins and they all are now using this product. I highly recommend collagen for life❤️

This is an amazing product. I truly believe that it works, because it always works for me. It helps with my mobility and takes the pain out of my back and my knee. I put it in my coffee in the morning and it's a God send. I went to Chiropractors and this works better for me. Thank you Vital Proteins!

I started vital Protein Original with Hydraluronic Acid and Vitamin C a couple months ago and I like it. It's a very easy addition to my morning coffee. I was hoping to get relief with joint and muscle aches. I think there is some improvement, but have definitely seen improvement in my complexion. Firmer skin, less dryness and fewer fine lines are a bonus at 63. Wish I could find the original with Hyaluronic acid and vitamin C in the stores but have only found straight collagen so I buy it online. Not sure why they make plain if vitamin C is recommended for better absorption. So be aware when you buy. Packaging looks very similar but different formula. The one with the cow pictured is the plain formula.

I bought this about a month ago and glad that I made the switch. I was using another brand that doesn't dissolve in my coffee as well and I always felt it made my coffee bitter. But I drink this with no problem and it doesn't effect the flavor of my drink. It doesn't dissolve in cold very well but I put in my coffee each morning and good to go.

I have recently started taking collagen due to hair shedding and for better skin appearance.. so far, my hair seems shinier and what has really improved are my nails.. they are hard as rocks, with no white little white stains and growing super fast.. My mother and sister are taking it with me and they both suffer from rheumatoid related joint pains and their pains have lowered considerably, so I think it's not a bad idea to take it as an overall health supplement. I do not love the fact that it still tastes like collagen, but I understand most collagens are not particularly super tasty.. I will definitely keep taking it since it boosts Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid intake, which I am also after..

I absolutely love this product! I have been using it for about six months now and have noticed improvements in both my hair and nail growth. It has even helped with my gut health. I add it to my tea, coffee and even soups for a little extra protein. It's flavorless so I can't even tell it's there! I have also been using the collagen beauty waters which I love! I will definitely continue to use these products and can't wait to try more!

Best Collagen I have ever tried. Bought initially for digestive health, but really helps strengthen my weak nails and dry skin as well! I love using it to add more protein to soups, tea, and any other hot liquids. I've even used in chili and tomato sauce. Doesn't alter the taste in a negative way at all. I have been using since recommended by blogger, lilsipper in 2018 and have been a loyal customer ever since.

Excellent integration, especially with hot beverages. Very minimal taste to the flavorless collagen, and less offensive tasting than other collagen I've tried. My only wishes are that it could be less expensive and that the serving size scoop could be equal to one full serving and not a half.

I bought this on the recommendation of a nutritionist as a way to increase protein without the gritty and unpleasant taste of most non-dairy protein powders. The collagen peptides have blown me away. Not only do I not taste them in smoothies, but my skin suddenly looks incredible and I am noticing an increase in feeling better/in my digestion. I am guessing that this is the result of several changes to my eating, sleeping and exercise habits, but I am convinced that the peptides helped push me over the hump. There isn't a wonder food out there that solves all problems, but these peptides have certainly met my needs for more protein and gave me some lovely additional benefits as well. I would definitely recommend.
