I bought this on the recommendation of a nutritionist as a way to increase protein without the gritty and unpleasant taste of most non-dairy protein powders. The collagen peptides have blown me away. Not only do I not taste them in smoothies, but my skin suddenly looks incredible and I am noticing an increase in feeling better/in my digestion. I am guessing that this is the result of several changes to my eating, sleeping and exercise habits, but I am convinced that the peptides helped push me over the hump. There isn't a wonder food out there that solves all problems, but these peptides have certainly met my needs for more protein and gave me some lovely additional benefits as well. I would definitely recommend.

At that time, I was looking for a high quality collagen and grass fed. It was the only one with all those standards available. I have been using Vital Proteins for about a year now. I can't recommend enough! My nails are long all the time, my hair grows like crazy. It adds so much goodness to your body. I put two scoops in my coffee every morning. Can't taste, can't see it.

I bought this about a month ago — and I've been taking anywhere from 1-2 scoops a day since (sometimes I forget). I usually put it in my smoothie, as it doesn't add a weird texture or taste to anything it's added to (which I love!). My hair has already gotten much more lustrous, long and thick. I'm loving the product so far and will keep taking it! Would 10/10 recommend!

I have used the original collagen peptides for over a year and a half. There is NO difference in the original and the Advanced except the PRICE!! The ingredients are the same, so why do you call it advanced. If the price continues to climb I will cancel my orders from you.

I haven't taken it enough times to notice any results yet so I can't say anything about that aspect . The smell and taste is so bad that I almost throw up after taking it. I think it is misleading to call it tasteless and odorless, especially when it is so awful that I am not sure if I can keep taking it everyday.

I'm not a coffee drinker so when I read that this powder dissolves easily in hot or cold liquids, I thought I would try it with my juice in the morning… it doesn't dissolve easily at all. It gets very clumpy and ends up either clumping onto the spoon I'm using to stir it or just sitting at the bottom of the glass. If you're someone who likes to drink hot coffee or tea everyday, this might be better for you. Unfortunately, it's not for me.

Hi there, Usually I'm a huge fan of your protein and look forward to my monthly shipment. This month was off. The taste was completely different and it was obvious in everything I tried to mix it with. Usually there is no flavor but this time it was very potent and gross tasting.

I've been using collagen for about 4 years now and the inflammation in my left knee (due to Osgood-Schlatter disease) is like a thing of the past! I was usually in pain afyer any workout where I used my legs a lot, to the point of where I had to use a brace. 6 months after taking collagen daily I noticed a difference. Still have the brace, just haven't had to use it!
