I bought this because I want to look like Jennifer Aniston ;) I'm pregnant and I've been taking this in my coffee for 2 months now and since day one I have been able to poop comfortably. If you struggle with constipation it really helps to add a scoop to your coffee each morning. I have not noticed changes in anything else like my appearance but I am due to pop this baby out soon and some mamas in my groups swear this helps them heal quicker so... maybe that's a plus to it too but I am enjoying the comfortable poops daily and will continue my autoship for now.

I just wanted to leave a very truthful comment 1. It isn't completely flavorless. It has a taste very much like beef tallow. 2. It doesn't mix easily into cold liquid with a spoon and becomes clumpy. It would probably work better with a mixer but I was using a spoon. 3. It's very sticky 4. I thought the jar would be full not 3/4 full. I haven't seen any results as I have not been using it long enough but do plan on finishing it. I will be trying a different brand however I think I suspect the same issues will occur.

I've been taking this for about a year. Didn't really notice and feel the results for about 6 months. My nails are stronger and my hair has a noticeable difference. I feel less soreness in my joints when I run and I think all in all this product has made a difference in my life. Give it time and don't give up. Seriously my nails were peeling and weak and my hair brittle....and that's not the case anymore. I mix it in my coffee every day and I don't notice the taste.

I bought this a month ago and haven't noticed and difference in my hip joint yet. Hope it's working. I drink black coffee and tea without sugar. Adding this to my hot drinks is not good. I drink less tea and just get it down. It is not gritty, that's good.

I initially bought this after a colitis flare made me lose massive amounts of hair last year. Three months in and my hair is as thick as ever, shiny and growing fast, nails are strong and my skin looks great. I would disagree completely with the poster who said this has a scent, I've mixed it with coffee and tea & though it does add a creamy texture that is very slight I have never tasted it. Love this product.

I am 72 yrs old and have been using Vital Protein (Collagen) powder for over a couple of years. I can tell you that my body, especially my joints function and feel as good as they did in my youth. I have this every morning in my coffee and I it keeps my skin looking awesome! It's less dry, even in the winter and it makes my fine lines much less noticeable. Takes about 30 days to see a real difference but super worth it. I tell everyone about it!

I bought this a few weeks ago...i dont look 10 years younger yet, but I'll give it some more time. However, I participate in a lot of high-impact sports and my joint aches and squeakiness (yes, I had squeaky joints) had improved dramatically. To be honest, I didn't expect that. I mix it in my coffee every morning and I don't even notice it. Seriously! I expected a certain amount of grittiness, chunks, or off flavor, but it's as if I added nothing. Crazy.

I absolutely love this product! I have been using it for about six months now and have noticed improvements in both my hair and nail growth. It has even helped with my gut health.
