Started on this nearly a year ago, mainly for leathery, extreme dry, aging skin. I'm 72 for reference. Skin is so much better, no more constant itching. Hair is thicker, also. Noticed all these new growth hairs after just about 2 months. The big benefit for me was a surprise. Dry eye symptoms, runny eyes, grittiness, etc., are hardly noticeable. I first thought I was imagining it, but if I miss a couple days, the symptoms come back. I don't put it in coffee, while this product is unflavored, I do get a gelatin taste. It also doesn't dissolve well in cold anything. I end up with gooey clumps. So, I put about an inch of hot water in my glass, add the VP, mix a little, then add 2 ice cubes to cool and fill the glass with cran-raspberry juice. I've also noticed a variation in the powder as others have mentioned. The first time my container had large crystals and brownish bits, I thought it had gone off, I was about 2/3 thru the container and this stuff was at the bottom. It didn't smell right either. I threw it out. The next couple I received were fine.

I've been using this product by subscription for 2 years now. I take it with coffee every morning and feel energized to start my day. I used to have joint pains in my knees and hips after yoga and contributed it to aging, but since I started using this product I'm pain free and I didn't have to give up yoga :) My nails are long and strong and hair grows so fast that I can't keep up dying it. I'm not sure about benefits of this product on my skin since I use other skin products also. In general, I can say simply say "It works".

I know there are so many benefits to collagen and I'm so glad that I found this company that I feel I can trust. I am a runner and someone who exercises daily (with rest of course) and I'm also someone who wants to have healthy skin and nails. I'm so thankful that I get to add this to my daily routine to contribute to all things wellness for me. It makes me feel like I can keep doing all of the things that I love to do and have nice hair while doing it!

I've been using collagen for about a year, and this is the third brand I've tried. Vital Proteins is unique in that it actually delivers--my nails are stronger, my skin is brighter and my blemishes are disappearing, and--while I'm not yet in my 30s--I'd had a little bit of joint pain in my knees which has TOTALLY stopped since taking collagen peptides. I subscribe to the 20 pack of portable sticks and use one a day in my morning coffee with some MCT powder (and sometimes butter!). I LOVE it and will continue to use--I even got my barista to try some because he kept asking what I was pouring into my coffee ;) I am actually getting compliments on my skin, and it feels so wonderful!

I will be honest, it took me a long time to stick with this, as I did not experience immediate results. I was about to give up after the fifth week and then I noticed a huge difference in my hair and nails and my overall wellness. I highly recommend this product to anybody that is interested! It makes a huge difference, you just have to stick with it!

Love it! I've been taking the collagen powder for about a month and really see the difference! I'm mixing it in my morning coffee and its helped so much. I'm full longer, eating less overall, having less joint pain, lower blood sugar levels, and my hair is growing like crazy! It really is tasteless plus i've lost about 5 lbs!

I bought this for my health & recieved way more... I feel better in general, I am watching my hair grow! My joints & knees feel way better! I even have more energy! I tell everyone to get it!! I have tried almost every protein out there to add to my homemade smoothies and my taste buds and body cannot tolerate most of them. I am so happy to have found vital proteins as it is a true protein source, with no added fillers, and it's tasteless. I can add it to my smoothies as well as my husband's and kids' and they don't complain! I drink smoothies in spurts and I can always tell when it's been a while since I've had my Vital Proteins because my nails will not be as strong and my hair doesn't grow as fast / is weaker. I love that this provides a flavorless protein as well as collagen, which has so many benefits. Thanks for making a wonderful product that I and my whole family can enjoy.

I am terrible at taking supplements and vitamins. I have tried numerous tricks and I just end up forgetting, every time. When I bought Collagen Peptides, my boyfriend laughed and wondered how long they would sit on my shelf. To both his AND my surprise, they were gone within 3 months. I bought the small container to start, and because I add it to my daily coffee, it was SO much easier to remember to add it in. It is actually flavourless (which I was doubtful of to begin with). But that means that it doesn't ruin my coffee, and I feel extra good knowing that there are added health benefits to my daily coffee routine! I CANT WAIT to try out the creamers (insert drooling face).

A few things: it might be unflavoured but it left an odd slime-like feeling on my teeth. It also gave my drink the distinct smell/taste of Elmer's school glue. Worst of all, the reason for my overall poor review on this product that's been hyped up - the container is only filled halfway. It's not worth the price. And it's a complete waste of plastic.
