I've been drinking this every day. I add it to my coffee every morning. My hair seems like it's growing faster, and I sometimes have knee issues, but they've been better on this product. I have an auto-subscription; it was supposed to arrive every 8 weeks but that's too infrequent. I went through the 30oz in a month by taking 2 scoops/daily.

Hey folks, I witnessed a friend of mine who owns a CrossFit gym posting what he was eating, which included collagen peptides in the coffee I believe. I looked it up and decided that it would be a great idea for myself to add collagen to my diet to prevent deterioration of my joints, tendons, and whatever else that may possibly cause me pain in the future. I am a n avid skier and have been skiing for 46 years and still rip up the moguls and I feel that this stuff has helped me to keep my skin, nails, and the rest of me healthier than I would have been without it.

I starting using this product 3 months ago. I have noticed recently less cellulite on my legs and my jiggly arms are not so jiggly. I put it in my coffee. It has absolutely no taste and keeps me full for awhile due to the protein in it. I love it and will continue taking it.

All the benefits of using Vital Proteins sound great, it is almost tasteless when I put it my coffee. However it is very pricey as a container doesn't even last a month. I'm not willing to pay that every month as I assume the benefits (hair, skin, nails) will not appear until at least 6 months. Very disappointed.

I dissolve this in room temp water. Cold water has it clump up and hot water/coffee/tea supposedly destroys the proteins (so you should NOT use it that way). I find it helps joint pain; don't see any difference in skin/hair/nails. It tastes awful in plain water but I use very little to dissolve the powder, then chug down a plain glass of water right after it.

I bought this because a client of mine recommended it. She said her skin had more elasticity and her hair felt stronger. I am 28 and I know as I grow older I will lose some of the collagen my body naturally makes... so I'm trying to stay ahead of the game. This is easy to drink, mixes in nicely with my coffee. But it does not mix that well in cold drinks, it becomes a “goop”. I'd stick with warm drinks. So far I have noticed my skin looks less tired . Will be buying more.

I have yet to try the full course of the collagen so can't say how it works, but extremely disappointed that my package came literally being halfway filled with the powder. The price is affordable but not good enough for literally half of the product
