I love this collagen. I had been taking another collagen capsule form and can not say I NOTICED any difference. I started noticing changes about a week in on this collagen and I am 2nd month in. I made my first purchase through my dermatologist office after her talking about how much it changed her skin and now I am starting to notice that. My first change was digestion and how my stomach and body felt. I can not wait to see what each month brings. I also use the coconut coffee creamer and the lavender/lemon beauty collagen. I do 2 scoops of each one daily! I ALWAYS LOOK forward to my collagen/coconut coffee in my but first collagen coffee mug every morning! My skin is so soft!

Within two weeks of using this product the wrinkles that had just recently appeared under my eyes over the past few weeks are completely gone by using just two scoops a day every morning in my coffee problem was solved will continue to use this product

I starting using this product 3 months ago. I have noticed recently less cellulite on my legs and my jiggly arms are not so jiggly. I put it in my coffee. It has absolutely no taste and keeps me full for awhile due to the protein in it. I love it and will continue taking it.

Normally I buy the powder version and put it in my coffee in the mornings. I bought this because I'm doing IF and the calories would break my fast. I figured taking the capsules during my lunch would be easier as I sometimes eat out especially during weekdays. What I didn't know was I need to take TWELVE capsules to equal the two scoops of powder I normally use. TWELVE ... that's a lot. The product is EXCELLENT ... the means to take it (capsules), was not, in fact, easier.

I've been using collagen for about a year, and this is the third brand I've tried. Vital Proteins is unique in that it actually delivers--my nails are stronger, my skin is brighter and my blemishes are disappearing, and--while I'm not yet in my 30s--I'd had a little bit of joint pain in my knees which has TOTALLY stopped since taking collagen peptides. I subscribe to the 20 pack of portable sticks and use one a day in my morning coffee with some MCT powder (and sometimes butter!). I LOVE it and will continue to use--I even got my barista to try some because he kept asking what I was pouring into my coffee ;) I am actually getting compliments on my skin, and it feels so wonderful!

I bought this for my health & recieved way more... I feel better in general, I am watching my hair grow! My joints & knees feel way better! I even have more energy! I tell everyone to get it!! Thank you for the price to ~ I was buying a more expensive brand & switched. So glad I did! Absolutely wonderful!

A few things: it might be unflavoured but it left an odd slime-like feeling on my teeth. It also gave my drink the distinct smell/taste of Elmer's school glue. Worst of all, the reason for my overall poor review on this product that's been hyped up - the container is only filled halfway. It's not worth the price. And it's a complete waste of plastic.

I dissolve this in room temp water. Cold water has it clump up and hot water/coffee/tea supposedly destroys the proteins (so you should NOT use it that way). I find it helps joint pain; don't see any difference in skin/hair/nails. It tastes awful in plain water but I use very little to dissolve the powder, then chug down a plain glass of water right after it.

I purchased this to add to my lattes and read that this was unflavored and tasteless. It changed the entire taste of my more lattes and I couldn't even drink it. I am going to use this for baking and smoothies. Really disappointed. Wish there was a satisfaction guarantee.

I started using this product out of pure desperation. Perimenopause has impacted my once beautiful nails. They were peeling, splitting, and were paper thin. After just 4 weeks of taking one scoop a day in my morning coffee, I could really see an improvement. Now my nails feel much stronger and have stopped peeling. I'm even able to grow them out a bit which I haven't been able to do in months. As an added bonus, my hair is growing like crazy. I decided to let it grow out during the pandemic and since I've been taking the collagen, my hair has grown at least a couple of inches!
