New to this product but the packaging is horrible to use, hard to open and not putting in a measurable scoop is a big loss. I'm a packaging engineer in the food industry and there are many other paperboard options that are sustainable for powders that are more consumer friendly. This one is poorly executed. I don't know if the product works yet as my initial interaction on the first try was struggling to open the container. Seems like the product is fairly tasteless and dissolves easily. I'll continue use to see if I see results and/or get so frustrated with the packaging that I buy another brand with more user friendly opening and re-seal features WITH a scoop included!

Completely silly packaging. You make more of the packaging change than the product itself in your product description. The top is almost impossible to open and I don't certainly expect the top to survive a tip-over.

The new container is so bad...like terribly bad. It took me 10 min to open it. Why change such a good thing. There is no scoop to weigh out product and the nutrients are now different. Why change such a good thing?

I love this product. However, i had to knock a star off simply because the new packaging is really BAD! As an older person it complicates things. Even my husband hates it...... So please, get something better to open it! PLEASE! thank you!

Has formula changed? Have been using for over a year. Always mixed it with water in a shaker cup. Now it clumps and makes a thick foam that is not drinkable. What changed?

I really like the product, however, the new unimproved packaging is ridiculous. Very difficult to open. Ever heard of Keep It Simple Stupid. This is a product packaging FAILURE

Cannot open the lid. Had to cut it off. A piece of junk. Product spilled. A waste of money. Sooo disappointed in your new packaging. Trying to save a buck is costing you a lot in customer loyalty.

Thank you for the prompt response concerning my last purchase. The replacement canister was what I had experienced from my previous purchases and will continue to use the collagen peptides from Vital Proteins.

I love this, so easy to use and it dissolves quickly and completely and I can't even tell it's in my coffee. And as for complaints about opening the new package, I don't understand, the directions are printed right there!

A great way to get protein and collagen. Completely tasteless, dissolves easily. I add it to my morning coffee and it doesn't change the taste whatsoever.
