I am happy with this product's ease of use and the results are apparent. I can see that my hair is shinier, healthier and thicker from using it regularly and my eyebrows have even grown in more in the sparse areas. Even better, my previously sore finger joints are moving with ease and are pain-free. It's so easy to just scoop it into my coffee each day and go. No bad taste (no taste at all) and no capsules to take. I have one complaint. I would like to purchase refill bags without having to buy more large thick plastic containers each time. I hope the company will consider the environment and begin selling refills of their excellent product using less packaging in the near future.

I have struggled with deep and painful cystic acne for many years. I just bought this for the first time a few days ago. I don't have anything to compare it to as I have never used collagen before but the container was easy to open. I had no problems when following the instructions. I was a little leary about the taste but there was no odor when opened and the powder dissolved well in my coffee. I couln't taste it or even tell it was in my coffee. I only put half in one cup and then the second cup had the other half. (Just BC I wasn't sure if it would mix. No problem mixing at all.) I am willing to try this to see if it helps my hair loss and joint stiffness. If it helps, I will put my husband on this too.

I purchased this with high hopes that it would be all that it promised to be, but instead I when I opened it the container was half full. What a rip off. I expect for products to settle but this was unsatisfactory. I contacted Vital Proteins and they were very polite and agreed that this was unacceptable and they would immediately send a replacement but it never arrived. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Vital Proteins again.

I take one rounded scoop ( provided) in my morning coffee and have not needed my usual ibuprofen overload to handle my osteoarthritis at all….. not even one. My hair and nails never felt or looked better but that's just the added bonuses. Pain free !!!!! Thank you !!!!! The very best…. Tasteless and totally melts into hot coffee !

I started taking this about a year ago because I read online it helps with cellulite. Within the first month of taking it I noticed; Most my cellulite was gone My skin had cleared up My digestion health was amazing My hair and nails were growing faster and stronger My weight was more manageable without even dieting. Hardest container to open ever! Great product. But horrible container lid to open. Will never buy again!!!!

I have a subscription they've recently made the container smaller and didn't alert customers. Shrinkflation. I like the product and have been using for a long time but expensive.

The packaging on this product is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have used a knife, a pair of pliers and still am unable to open it. Obviously, I WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN UNTIL YOU GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
