I don't recommend this product

This product has been changed and you can't tell me otherwise. We are no longer getting the full benefit that it did in the past. Although we're still paying the same outrageous price. You have lost this long time customer!

Terrible Terrible Container!!

I love the product but not the new packaging. I could not open and had to take a knife to the cardboard container and totally destroy the container. Now I have to store the product in some else.

TERRIBLE PACKAGING

New containers are HORRIBLE! I have used Vital Proteins for quite a while, but will be looking into other similar products because of your packaging.

Do not recommend

This product has a bad taste and also causes bloating and upset stomach. Also, I haven't noticed any of the positive benefits that were claimed and advertised. I would like to return the product for a refund.

ORGANIC???

Is bovine collagen ORGANIC? Do not want to be ingesting carcinogenic pesticides daily. Does not say organic so I doubt it is so will not purchase again until I know. Need a better lid design on cardboard container.

Absolutely despise the new packaging

Please bring back the old packaging or change to some thing similar. The new packaging is very difficult to use and makes me not want to continue purchasing this product.

Product good. Packaging terrible.

Been using this product for years since I cannot get enough protein in my diet. Absolutely hate the new packaging! It took a pair of pliers to “pinch and pull”.

Strong Chlorine Taste and Smell

I have happily used the unflavored version of this product for over a year. Recently, I have found the product to have a strong chlorine taste and smell. Something is wrong. I will not use this product anymore.
