Anything that I can do to help the aging process slow down. I'm all in! I'm in my early 50's and I still want to look as vibrant as in my 40's maybe even the 30's. I LOVE this stuff!!! I do one scoop each morning in my coffee. It dissolves very well and I don't notice that it is in there at all. I've noticed a difference in my skin, hair, and also my joints. I love how this collagen just dissolves into any liquid, and it's taste free. The value of this collagen is great, as it combines other helpful nutrients. I am happy to see what this collagen will do for my joints, and having beautiful hair skin and nails is a bonus! I love putting this collagen in my smoothies.

I've generally been skeptical about the benefits of most supplements and this one was no different. I started following a ketogenic diet 3 months ago and found a recipe for Rocket Fuel Latte by Leanne Vogel, which included collagen peptides. It piqued my interest and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the 10 oz container first and quickly used that up as I made my on RFL blocks and added it in my daily coffee beverages. Now, I've upgraded to the 20 oz container! In the time that I've been using it, my nails have never been stronger! They haven't always been this way and I attribute that to the collagen. They are crazy hard and strong! One of the other big change that I've seen is that my thin, short Asian eyelashes have gotten LONGER since taking collagen. I've been tempted to purchase those serums that promise to make your lashes grow long and lush but those are so expensive! My lashes extend a bit longer after putting on mascara. These two observations and benefits are enough to keep me using them. I'll continue to use the collagen peptides and see if there are any other benefits long-term like joint health, post-workout recovery, etc. I'm a former skeptic who is now a collagen convert.

I've been using the unflavored collagen peptides for about two months now. I'm really enjoying it. I feel that my hair, skin & nails are already improving. I take 1 - 2 scoops daily in my green tea every morning. I don't taste a difference, I'm loving this product!

I enjoy this product- it is tasteless and can easily be stirred into hot liquids. It doesn't blend as well in cold drinks. I have seen some improvement in my nail health, but my nails are a challenge. They are incredibly thin, and Vitals has helped them grow faster.

I'm sure what benefits I've gotten from using Vital Proteins because I think I it's too soon to tell from the outside. I imagine it's working hard within my body to help my skin and hair and nails. I imagine I'll see external benefits the longer I use it. Don't care for the taste in water, but I am used to it. I think it'll be a major support in the long run for my bones and joints.

Added this to my daily regimen at the recommendation of a friend, mainly to help with flexibility and joint pain. What I got, in addition to that, were happier nails and incredibly smooth skin. I certainly must have needed this extra protein! I am on a subscription for the foreseeable future.
