I contracted covid early on in March and started experiencing hair loss about 3 months after recovery. Thankfully I had thick hair however I lost half of my hair. After researching I decided to use this brand. The decision was difficult as I eat a plant base diet so cow isn't my idea for anything. I noticed a difference in 3 weeks and now that I have been taking this product for almost 2 months I can see new hair sprouting at the top of my head. My hair is a mess right now however it's growing back and that is the goal. Highly recommend.

I use this in smoothies, Bulletproof coffee, etc. It makes a total difference in my skin (not just on my face) and even seemed to reduce the muscle stress I usually have from a six day-a-week workout routine and a job that is often physically demanding. It is amazing. Try it!

I really like this product and use it almost daily. The new packaging I see has not gotten the best reviews, but I think it's great. For those that don't like it, just take the time to learn how to open it. So environmentally friendly! Great job! Thanks to this company for caring about the environment.

I tried collagen peptides for 8 weeks before deciding to commit. I saw my skin and nails improve within the first 3 weeks. My initial goal was to improve my hair growth and overall quality due to repetitive styling and coloring. I have to say it's been almost 3 months since I started and I have significantly less breakage and my growth is starting to pick. I decided to do auto shop so I don't miss a single drop of this product. I mix it in my coffee, smoothies and acai bowls. Very happy!!

My hair and nails are stronger than ever. After a few months of taking this consistently, I noticed a difference in my hair the most. It's usually very thin and breaks/falls out easily. Now it is stronger and thicker!!! My husband also uses it and I can tell a difference in his skin (fewer fine lines around his eyes).

This supplement is probably not for everyone. I had a very bad experience using this product. This product caused adverse reactions and did not provide any of the espoused benefits. I will start by saying that I am a very healthy adult male. I eat a balanced diet, routinely workout 5 days a week, and I have never had any skin problems in the past. I purchased this product in hopes that it would provide a slight boost to my skin's radiance. Shortly after I started taking the supplement, I developed persistent and pervasive, cystic facial acne. The acne was heavily concentrated around my forehead. I battled facial acne for the next 2 years. I used facial washes, acne washes, I went to the doctor, the dermatologist, I took antibiotic acne treatment and used prescription washes; nothing was working. Finally, after 2 long years and multiple elimination diets, I discovered that the Vital Proteins collagen supplement was the direct cause of my acne. My acne has cleared up since I stopped taking the supplement; however, I fear that the breakouts caused by this product have resulted in irreparable scarring. Everyone's body reacts differently to supplements and there is very little oversight in the multi-billion-dollar supplement industry. Be careful about what you consume and recognize that not all supplements will provide you with a benefit.

I have been using this product for months now and love it. I brought this mainly do up my protein amount and because of the benefits it could add to my health. I do not like to eat breakfast super early anymore so to know I am getting 18g of protein every morning in my coffee is a win win for me.
