I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for almost two years. It dissolves easily into my morning coffee, without adding any weird flavor. The lady I entrust with my haircare says my hair grows faster than most of her other clients and has much less damage than other color treated clients! My nails are also almost 2x thicker than they were, which says a lot, I have always had thin and brittle nails.

I've only used this product for one month can tell a HUGE difference in my nail strength!! I do one scoop in plain water about 8oz, mix it and let it sit for about one min then chug it it's not 100% tasteless but it's not bad at all defiantly doable for the results !

I'm not sure how people get this down... just tried taking it with water and truly gagged and threw it up.. sorry if TMI I just thought people should know. It says it has no flavor but it does.. and it's not good. I'll try incorporating it in other things I guess??

I bought this product to see if it would help reduce wrinkles. Well, not only did it make my skin glow but my nails grew and my hair grew like a weed! I never had nails in my life but now I do. I also lost 15 lbs. without changing my diet. I know this is not for weight loss, but taking Vital Protein is the only change I made.

I feel like I am the only one who feels this way - but I have been using VP collagen peptides for almost 3 months now and I have yet to see major differences in my hair, skin, nails or gut health. I have pretty defined forehead wrinkles (and I'm only 28 yrs old), but I feel like as of late, they have gotten worse. My nails and hair do grow fast but I also follow a very clean, healthy and active lifestyle. I do have digestion issues (occasional constipation and bloating) and the collagen does not relieve me of any of the symptoms. Overall, I am not 100% sold on the collagen. I am disappointed that I have not noticed greater results. ): Yet I will probably continue to buy/take it because I am hopeful that the results will show up eventually.

Hi, I love the product, which is excellent, however since the new packaging has been introduced I am wondering how to store it properly. I live in the tropics and humidity is very high. May i transfer the collagen powder into a tupperware and keep it in the fridge? I fear that in the paper packaging it will get mouldy very soon.

I've been taking the collagen peptides for about a year now, and love it. I've really noticed a difference in my hair and nail growth. My hair was falling out so much, I have very little left and now it feels so much fuller. But more importantly, I no longer feel pain in my joints that I would feel daily. I've gotten multiple tests and blood work done and everything always comes out “fine” no explanation for my joint pain. Ever since I started taking the colleges though, I rarely ever feel any pain anymore. And I LOVE that it really is flavorless!

Measured out my servings using a measuring spoon, since there is no scoop provided. The label says there should be approximately 14 servings in the container, but I barely made it to day 10 before it was gone. That is totally misleading. Due to this fact alone, I will be going back to the NeoCell collagen, which comes with a scoop and the “servings per container” information on the back label is not FALSE!
