I am in my 60's and still enjoy running a couple times a week outdoor trails only - about 7 miles each time. I live in a cold climate so running outdoors is limited to about 8 or 9 months. The last couple of years around 6 months into my season my joints become stiffer and it starts to wear on me a bit. My friend who is a personal trainer and nutritionist recommended trying this. I know she researches her brands and makes sure she only uses reliable products so I took her advice. I can't explain it but after using this for about 3 weeks I was no longer feeling any stiffness in my ankles and knees as I was running downhill and I recovered quicker after my runs. So, I mentioned it to my husband, who is 66 and was having cracking joints and stiffness. He has been using it for about 5 weeks now and he also says he feels much better now and his joints are not as stiff as before. He has tried other products and never felt like it made any difference, but with this he does feel a noticeable difference. It's easy, tasteless without any side effects. We will continue to use this fine product.

I use 2 scoops of Vital Proteins in my coffee every morning. It is Very easy to dissolve in liquids and I have noticed new hair growth and stronger and longer nails. Very pleased with this product So much so that my husband has started drinking it as well and eagerly waiting to see if his hair will grow back. I've been drinking 10g (1 scoop) of collagen peptides mixed in with my morning latte daily. They works wonders. Love that they contain hyaluronic acid and Vit C. Within 2 weeks of taking them, my nails were noticeably stronger. Within 3, my hair was bouncier. Within a month, I felt less pain in my knee joints. I bought this when I first saw Jennifer Aniston using it. Hey, if it can help make me look like her, I'm all in! (It's a work in progress, tho.) Get this product - it's good for you - especially if you're an old lady like me!! It is helping my joints (knees/shoulders) so they're not quite so painful.

Tried this new product and definitely could smell a very unpleasant smell from the moment I opened the canister. I have always used collagen powder in my coffee so I definitely noticed this added a bad flavor to my coffee plus it doesn't not dissolve as well as the original. I simply cannot order again and go thru such unpleasantness, even if it has added benefit of the Vit. C and HA. Sad, as I was hoping this could be my new product I would always re-order.

I've been using this for a few months now and loving how strong it makes my nails. I feel like it's improving my skin as well :) I've used other collagen powders that were OK, but I could always taste them in my coffee (gross). Vital Proteins is the only one I've tried that I don't even notice in my coffee or yogurt.

The new package seems to be a bluff because it used to be 2 scoops to get 20 grams of collagen, now is 4 scoops to get 20 grams of collagen! Please explain what changed? Less collagen per serving, so more of what to fill in? Not buying again. Not only the packaging changed, they reduced the amount of collagen by 50%.. from 2 to 4 scoops. That was a low ball.

Since I started using it daily, I noticed my skin clearing up and my hair is growing healthier and longer. I love this supplement for the health benefits and a bonus is that it is tasteless and dissolves SO WELL in my liquids!

I have been using this for a while now, almost exclusively with matcha and a splash of milk for a protein latte after a workout. It pairs nicely with the umami of matcha, or in something like a soup. The couple times I tried it in something else, I could definitely taste the "beefy" flavor. My hair and nails seem so much healthier since adding this into my routine.

Purchased fir my husband and I for joint health mostly. We've noticed an improvement. My only complaint is 6 capsules? That's a lot of capsules. I'd like it to be 2-3 to be honest. I don't like mixing things in drinks as they never taste right so I chose the capsules.
