I'm obsessed with vital proteins! I drink it everyday-in my tea at night or in a smoothie in the morning. It dissolves easily and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY with my hair and nails...but especially my SKIN! I had terrible eczema and it's all cleared up now, it makes me so happy. I forgot to take it for a weekend while I was out of town and I broke out-it all cleared up as soon as I consistently had it again. Love this product-I'll be a repeat and forever customer!

I've been using this product since July 2020 on subscription. I've had fine here forever and it got really thin since menopause. I initially purchased the collagen peptides powder and was pleasantly surprised that it really does completely dissolve in any drink and doesn't change the flavor. I put it in everything from plain water and smoothies to using it to make homemade strawberry jam and fig jam! I love the improvement I'm already seeing in the appearance of my skin, hair and nails, and can't wait to try some of the flavored products next.

After taking it for 6 months Ivsaw an article on the web about dangerous heavy metals in collagen peptides. Your brand was the worst for amount of Arabic. I quit taking it and would like a refund on the last unopened container of it. Sadly I had discarded the box and packing slip so I don't know how to send it back.

I could tell a difference in my hair (less breakage & felt thicker) and in my joints. Range of movement improved in my shoulder after just a week. I added a scoop to may coffee twice every morning and could never taste a difference. I will definitely be buying again.
