Since using this product, I've noticed stronger nails, softer skin, my hair is stronger and brighter, and my joints are not aching. Love this product! I use it in my green tea in the morning with my coconut powder, which makes for a smoth, delicious drink

I’ve been using this for 3 months. In my early 40’s and have not noticed any changes. I used two scoops a morning. It does has a taste depending on how you use it. I liked it, but noticed no benefit. My nails break. My hair is the same. After 3 months, I feel like this should be enough time. When this tub is empty I won’t get another.

Normally I would give 5 stars but new batch has some issues. The smell is horrible. Previous batches had no smell. We use this daily in my home & definitely product has changed. I always keep 6 containers on hand. New one this morning had some kind of plastic fibers in the mix I had to strain out. What is up with quality control? May have to switch due to all this changes.

I used to religiously use this in my morning coffee, as it was flavorless and completely dissolved. The most recent bottle I purchased does not fully dissolve and the taste is as someone else described and I couldn’t quite place: “old closet”. I hope it’s just a bad batch, but based on other reviews, I think it’s a recipe change.

I really love this stuff - I put it in my hot tea every night before bed. As someone who exercises 6 days/week, I notice a huge difference in how my joints and body feels when I take this regularly... and all of the hair, skin, and nail benefits are a plus, too! :)

I’ve been taking this for about a year now with a noticeable difference in how I feel. I can certainly tell when I forget to take it for a day! I bought this for the joint support (bad knees from 20+ years of horse back riding) and to allow me less soreness at the gym. I not only feel better, my nails are harder, my hair healthier. I have been using this collagen powder for a year now at the suggestion of my daughter. I have arthritis in my knees. Within the first month, I could feel my knees loosen up and able to move easier. So, now I have less pain and better mobility. The bonus is that my skin looks great too!

It gave me horrible diarrhea every morning! I tried over and over again (stopping for awhile and then starting again)… it gave me the same results. I must be allergic to it. I am going to try the bars but only one of them seems like it may work based on the ingredients I read.
