The first week I started adding this to one beverage daily, I already noticed a difference. My consistent joint pain has decreased and my skin seems brighter. I also notice cuts and bruises are healing more quickly. And with regard to taste, you can't even tell it's there!

I've been using the Vital Proteins collagen for about 6 months now and do see improvements in my health, but I've also made other dietary and lifestyle changes so hard to attribute the results to any one isolated product like this. I really like the cardboard canisters now, only slightly tricky to get open the first time and "loosen" the cardboard, then a very clear foil seal underneath that to unseal the product. Though I wish they were smaller canisters since the product settles and there's no need to have a gigantic container that is never even half full. I realize I purchased X ounces of product, I'm not mad at the value, I'm just annoyed I need a taller shelf to store it on. :) I use my own tablespoon scoop, easily run through the dishwasher regularly and I don't add plastic waste with a scoop with every canister. I also wish the exact types of collagen and their amounts were called out more clearly, but I suppose if we could easily compare brands then we wouldn't pay for the brand names. But overall this dissolves easily - if I put it in a dry cup and then pour coffee on top I usually don't even need to stir it in. It has no detectable flavor when mixed with my coffee and I love this unflavored version so I could add my own cocoa, cinnamon, matcha, sweetener of choice, milk, etc. as I personally prefer. But I have considered trying the sweetened and flavored single-serve sticks for travel when hotel coffee is bad. I don't need other supplements added here either since those are all available in other forms and you can dose as needed separately.

I just don't see the results that many of your reviewers claim. I wish I did, but I don't. I'll keep taking it, with my fingers crossed, but I'm not as optimistic as I was when I first started using it. I don't know exactly when I'll stop using Vital Proteins and try another collagen product instead. Any tips, suggestions, or thoughts are welcome. Thanks, David G

Packaging is great! I don't see why everyone is having an issue with it, mine opened up easily and closes nicely. Its flavorless which is perfect and dissolves like a charm! Just started taking it so will see how I feel in a few weeks but so far so good and gentle on the stomach which is awesome!

I just cannot say enough good stuff about vital proteins. This product has changed my life and the way I feel and I am so grateful to have found it. There was a recent issue with an auto-delivery when we were out of town and the staff was quick in their response and rectified the situation immediately. There is no better product on the market as far as I'm concerned and the customer service excellence is just the icing on the cake!

I use vital protein collagen powder in my Kombucha and a bit of aloe juice. It's the right mixture and taste for me and I drink it over ice. I work 40 hours a week standing all day, and the collagen powder helps with my joints and recovery. I find that it also helps my gut tremendously. Also, this powder mixes so well with no lumps or caking. I highly recommend this product. As for my hair, skin and nails, I guess that will come a bit later for me to notice since I have only used this product for about two weeks. The product is pricey, but well worth it.

I have been using vital proteins collagen for several years and have been pleased. This is my first time using the advanced formula. I don't particularly care for the advanced formula as it seems to cause bloating in me. I will be returning to the original formula. I also ant to comment on the new packaging. I'm not a fan; it's difficult to open and easy to spill.

Multiple people recommended this product to me so I decided to try it. I've been taking 1 scoop every morning in my coffee and my skin is terrible! Specifically on my jaw line and chin. I rarely break out and it started within days of starting this product. I took YouTheory collagen pills prior to this and my skin was flawless. Will be returning to using that.

I first purchased the Aloe Cucumber Collagen packets and they tasted HORRIBLE. That being said, I emailed vital proteins and they sent me a 10 oz container of this unflavored collagen powder and I am in LOVE! I add it to my smoothies and can't taste it at all! I was amazed at the customer service as well- they were very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Going forward, I am going to purchase a subscription of this stuff because I love it that much!
