I tried this product after a friend recommended. I add it to my morning coffee daily, can't even tell it's there! I was hopeful to experience improvement in my joints and my hair and nails are noticeably stronger. Excellent product that I recommend to everyone!

After about 3 weeks I notice a healthy glow to my skin. My face is firmer and has a youthful glow. My arms and legs are softer as well. Love this product it has NO aftertaste whatsoever which is why I love it. I add to my coffee every morning. Family members are using this after seeing the improvement and they love it and notice their skin and nails are healthier and stronger.

I have been taking this daily for the past year. I have noticed a big difference in my hair, complexion and most of all my nails. The results didn't happen overnight but were gradual. I will continue using this for the beauty results alone. Know that it is making my inside beautiful too.

Chiropractor recommended Collagen after I complained of Knee pain. I Was told it would take up to 3 months to show relief. I started feeling relief almost immediately. I am almost pain free. I will eventually need knee replacement. For now I am free of my braces. Have been taking powder gong on 6 months now

I've had bulletproof collagen protein before but wanted to try something new. I didn't notice any flavor with Vital Proteins in comparison, but it didn't dissolve as well in my coffee. When I add it, most of it dissolves but there are left over clumps that I need to push against the side of my mug to break up, and then there's some left over goop from where I pushed it. It's not the end of the world, but just a little inconvenient in the mornings when I want to grab and go with my coffee. I haven't tried it in anything in other than hot coffee, but can't imagine it would dissolve any better in other temperatures.

It's been just a few weeks. My nails are stronger. It mixes easily into my coffee every morning and it's a healthy habit way to kick off my day. I look forward to seeing if there are more benefits as I continue. I bought some for my mom to try. Can't wait to see if she finds it helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the supplement style collagen, much to my surprise is the large size of the capsules and the amount necessary 6 per day. I am going to switch to the powder. I believe I will see more results.

I've been taking collagen for 6 months. The powder is certainly easy to take, very mixable and works well with my protein powder. But in terms of benefits, I would say that's harder to tell. I don't really see any difference in my hair, skin or nails. In fact, my nails still seem to break as easily as before.

Not sure if this is doing anything. I am takeoff overall wellness. I was hoping it would help with my skin, hair and nails. I haven't noticed a difference though. I put a scoop into my morning drink everyday. I've used half of the container. I like that it doesn't change the taste of my drink. But, I don't like how it clumps up in a snotty ball in my drink. Yuck. So... I don't know.

So far I'm impressed by the product, it has no taste and I don't even notice it in my coffee. It was initially hard to mix (made just big globs in my coffee, but I since figured it out how to stir it up nicely! I was a little sketched out by the packaging saying that once I open the package I agree to arbritration agreement, talk about sinister! I understand how it makes sense you have to protect yourself legally but it raised a bit of a red flag to me. I'm still going to use it and see how it does for my traumatic arthritis though :)
