I've tried multiple brands of collagen powder and this one is the one I always go back to. We finally decided it was time to just sign up for the subscription because my husband and I notice a big difference when we don't drink this regularly. My husband has always had digestion problems and as long as he remembers to put this in his water daily he goes from daily issues to rarely having any problems at all. For me, it not only helped my digestion, but I see a noticeable difference in my skin. I'm only 33, but years of night shift started really taking a toll on my skin by the time I turned 30. This has definitely helped and I have regretted it in the past, both because of my stomach and skin, if I don't drink it regularly. My husband puts it in water with a little lemon. I put it in my iced herbal tea and coffee. It dissolves quickly and easily regardless of what it's in, although it does go quicker the warmer the liquid is. If you're going to add it to a cold drink just make sure you get it mixed well before adding ice. I highly recommend this brand over any others.

This is my fifth month using this product, I can see an improvement on my skin, also helps me feel fuller so I eat less. My hair is fuller and looks really healthy. I haven't feel any improvement in my joints discomfort at all. My opinion is that It helps you more with your lines of expression, your skin and hair, but it does not help to reduce the pain or inflammation of your joints. The taste is not good but tolerable, and also has a weird smell.

I've been using this product in my coffee every morning for many years. I was pleased to see the new environmentally friendly packaging...until I went to open it. Horrible design, wound up spilling it everywhere which was a huge mess because it's such a fine powder. Also, couldn't help noticing that LOTS of the canisters were already damaged and dented on the Costco display.

After hearing and reading about the positive benefits from collagen, I decided to purchase this product from Vital Proteins. The powder is tasteless and I usually put it in my smoothies. I attempted my coffee once, however I don't think I had enough liquid to dissolve the powder completely as some taste could be detected while sipping. I would purchase from Vital Proteins again for sure. Thanks!

Until my bun and hair has been really full. My nails grow like crazy. I could go 3-4 weeks without getting my nails done now in 2.5 weeks they have extensive growth . I wish I could like and use this product, but I've tried to drink it several times, both with and without food, and each time it causes abdominal cramps and diarrhea about 4 to 6 hours later and lasts about another 12 hours. Wanted it for joint issues and skin, but I just can't use it.

We add this to our coffee each morning and it dissolves right in with no bitter flavor or weird texture like we experienced when we tried the collagen creamer option. We still add our favorite creamer to this one. We've only been using this for a month and we did not "front-load" so we may not be seeing the full benefits yet. That said, I don't believe collagen will make a huge noticeable difference in hair and skin. We are using it for joint and mobility health which is where the real science is. My hips and lower lumbar area are aching less. I think that's the most I can expect.
