I am in my 60's and still enjoy running a couple times a week outdoor trails only - about 7 miles each time. I live in a cold climate so running outdoors is limited to about 8 or 9 months. The last couple of years around 6 months into my season my joints become stiffer and it starts to wear on me a bit. My friend who is a personal trainer and nutritionist recommended trying this. I know she researches her brands and makes sure she only uses reliable products so I took her advice. I can't explain it but after using this for about 3 weeks I was no longer feeling any stiffness in my ankles and knees as I was running downhill and I recovered quicker after my runs. So, I mentioned it to my husband, who is 66 and was having cracking joints and stiffness. He has been using it for about 5 weeks now and he also says he feels much better now and his joints are not as stiff as before. He has tried other products and never felt like it made any difference, but with this he does feel a noticeable difference. It's easy, tasteless without any side effects. We will continue to use this fine product.

I have been taking 20 g in my morning coffee for almost 3 months now and seeing results in my hair roots coming in darker and LOTS thicker, losing less hair in shower, nails are thicker and smooth shiney, my knees DO NOT bother me at all anymore. Most important it makes me feel such better overall, with more energy!!! Love my unflavored collagen from Vital Proteins.

This was suggested to me by a coworker who tries lots of new things. But her skin looked great so I tried it. Within 2 weeks, my skin was softer and smoother! I did try another brand but it was nowhere near as fabulous as Vital Proteins! I'm on my second container and will be back for many more. It truly is odorless, tasteless and dissolves super fast. I am so thankful for this product!! It has helped me keep my protein intake up while recovering from cancer. I love that it's unflavored as I have been dealing with terrible food aversions. I add it to my protein shake every morning. I've been referring it to everyone.

I noticed the benefits not long after starting to use them as my hair is shiny and my nails are so strong. Love this product so much.

i love your product and have been taking it over 2 years, however...the new packaging sucks! i followed directions by pinching the rim and it still took about 5 minutes, a knife and scissors to get it open. the cardboard was mutilated. it's a good thing i was pouring it into your older plastic container or i wouldn't have had anything to store it in. bring back the plastic, please!!!

Honestly, I can't see any benefits so far. I've been using this product for 10 months but I hold on to hope. Each tub I've bought has been fine...until the last one, which tastes TERRIBLE (the others were relatively tasteless). But, I'm going to suffer through! Still hoping this will help my skin & hair.
