I've been taking this since 2022...for 3 years and I am absolutely in love with the product and tell everyone about it. However, since the recent new packaging, it does not dissolve and it clumps into a very hard sticky substance to the point that it does not even come off the spoon when stirring. I had to switch to a different company, however I wish I didn't have to go that route.

I generally workout 4-5 days a week, mostly weights and was having increased joint pain. I heard about this from various people and I started mixing 1/2 a scoop into my coffee as a pre workout. It's really tasteless and dissolves in seconds! It did upset my stomach the first few weeks but I think it's because I haven't eaten beef products in over 10 years. I have also mixed it into yogurt, smoothies, and oatmeal and it's not grainy or anything weird.

Both my husband and me take it every morning with our breakfast. For me I have noticed my skin seems brighter and my niece noticed the change on my skin as well. My husband is taking collagen mainly for his joints and it's a bit early for him to comment. Will get back in a couple more months…

Initially, this gave me stomach cramps and major bloating when I took two scoops. Everyone on the customer service end was very nice and helpful. I take half a scoop in the morning and half a scoop in the evening now with zero side effects. Hopefully I can work up to two full scoops over time! I'm seeing amazing nail and hair and skin results on even one scoop a day and look forward to more benefits!

I've been using Vital Proteins for a year now — I use it every single day and absolutely love it. I really appreciate the amount of protein, and just recently realized that my nails never break and are longer than they've ever been! That said, the new packaging is terrible. Even my husband couldn't open it. I started with a pair of pliers, then finally had to stab a hole in it with a knife and saw it open. That's not safe, and definitely not practical. I totally understand the goal of reducing environmental impact — and I respect that — but this new design is just not user-friendly. The “Pull here. Don't twist. You got this.” — Yeah, no. I did not have it. I know I'm not the only one complaining, and based on the responses I've seen, it doesn't feel like this feedback is being taken seriously. But this really does need to be rethought. There has to be a better balance between sustainability and usability.

I have used this product for years, and wondered why there is a bagged product to refill the plastic container. So to see the latest update, they removed the scoop...that is less than 90% of the plastic used in this packaging. Product is great. Love it, and 100% back the results...just not their try at environment friendly packaging.

I plan on using Vital Protein for a long time. I've been taking this every morning for a month now and I can't believe the changes it has made. My fingernails are growing once again without breaking. My hair is healthy and my skin looks refreshed. You won't be disappointed.

I'd bought 6wks ago and I have become constipated since taking. I can say my nails have grown And I have yet to see any skin elasticity improvement which was the initial reason for purchasing. I have tried the Beauty VP but had allergic reaction and return the product I also used VP without Hyaluronic & Vitamin C and was hoping this product would help with the improvement of skin elasticity. I'm disappointed and will not purchase again.
