As a personal trainer and a skeptic about any supplements, I have to say I am very pleased with this product. I have had knee issues in the past and was at a point in my training where I would hate to train my legs because my knees would hurt so bad and swell the next day. I take pride in my leg workouts and love to train them, so when I physically could not, it hit me mentally as well. I ordered this product and took 2 scoops daily for 2 1/2 weeks....when I actually noticed that I squatted down without the pain I normally would feel...I shook it off thinking it must just be a good day and it cant be anything but that. It wasnt til the next leg workout when I did not feel pain in my knee as I had previously and I did not have any swelling the next day. I cant say that it will be like that for you , but I can say you can at least try it!

I've been using this product for a week, so its too soon to notice any health benefits. However, the directions on the website and the packaging suggest you can dissolve this in either cold or hot liquids. This simply isn't true. On 3 occasions I've tried to dissolve this into cool (refrigerator temperature - not ice cold) drinks. On all 3 occasions the powder lumped together into sticky/stringy pieces. Considering the price for such a small amount of the supplement, I was disappointed to have wasted several scoops during these 3 attempts. Just wanted to put it out there so others don't make the same mistake *******this only dissolves in hot/warm liquids*******

I have been using this product for close to 9 months now. I started taking it postpartum as I realized I was losing a lot of hair. It has significantly helped me hair growth and it has also helped me recover from workouts. My knees and hips do not hurt as bad as they used to before I started taking this product. Use: I stir it in my matcha or coffee every morning!

I was starting to have some weakness in one of my knees when doing my 50 sets of lunges. I am in my late 50's so was going to write it off to age, parts wearing out. The new paper tub is the worst! You are charging the same amount for paper and no measuring spoon/scooper! How about creating a reusable and refillable container with a measuring spoon that we can purchase refills at a lesser cost and that is recyclable?
