I love how this protein powder mixes with every drink I've used it with; coffee, smoothies juices, you name it. Plus it's totally flavorless, so you can't even tell it's there! I can't speak of its effects on my body, skin or nails yet, as I've been using it every other day for a couple of weeks now, but just knowing I am doing something good for my body feels really good! If you are on the search for a collagen protein powder, I would totally recommend it.

I have been using the collagen protein powder for about six months now. My skin has never looked better! On top of this and most importantly,, I was suffering from carpel tunnel syndrome which has almost completely vanished since using the collagen protein powder daily.

I really wanted to love this product, but I could not get past the taste. I have been using it for 2 weeks and it doesn't get better. I have tried dissolving it in any liquid possible but it never fully dissolves, so the taste is more noticeable. I discovered that if I put it in my coffee the bad taste is not as present. But I do not think the product with dissolving and taste issues is worth the price tag.

Before I finished using my first container, I saw a difference in the texture of the skin on my face and my fine lines were diminished. I'm hoping with continued use the appearance of the skin on my legs will improve. There really is no taste, but I mix it with some water flavor drops in the morning, just be sure to stir it briskly to prevent any clumping. I have recommended this product to several friends.

I've been using CPs for a few years and there is a noticeable difference in the strength of my nails and how much hair comes out daily with brushing/shower when I am regularly taking CP. I mix it in my coffee every morning, it dissolves well, and no taste.

I initially bought this from a third party seller. It had a strong not-too-pleasant taste and was difficult to mix in to anything but super hot liquids. I decided to go through Vital Proteins directly since this product is supposed to be unflavored and dissolvable. I have the same issues. The only way to not taste is it to put it in smoothies— however it remains chunky and most of is sticks to the side of the blender cup. I do feel like it's beneficial to my health overall, but I'm getting annoyed with sticky white residue everywhere

I bought this a couple months ago. My nails have grown . However it is so hard to not be wasteful. The powder does not dissolve in cold liquid even putting it on my blend jet the powder clumps into a gummy consistency and get stuck on the cup . The flavor is tolerable in a smoothie but not in water. It smells horrible. I bought it for my hair and nails. No difference for my hair

My day doesn't really begin until I've added two scoops of my Vital Protein to my hot cocoa. Knowing I am getting protein, goodies for my hair, nails and joints make me feel stronger; better equipped to get out there and be my best. I mix up my choices too; a little coconut creamer, perhaps a scoop of chocolate raspberry in my toasted coconut yogurt. It all makes me feel good, and isn't that a "vital" point in our life?!

I'm wondering if other people are having gastrointestinal issues after taking this. I have been taking a half a serving at night in my tea and a half a serving in the morning in my coffee with continued gastrointestinal issues that seem to be getting worse. I was thinking it must be something else but this is the most consistent thing I take. I would love to hear from the company on their thoughts. I plan on stopping Vital Proteins to see if there is an improvement.

Hair is shiny & healthy . I had not had a haircut in 9 months It was not dry and no breakage. This is a good investment in your hair & skin. Shipping has not been great due to the covid but product excellent.
