We purchased the WGen9500DF a few years ago. I waited to write a review so I could fairly judge the performance and durability of this product. We have used it a few times during blackouts. We have hurricanes nearly every year in Florida so having a reliable backup power source is a must. We have used the propane option and it has worked very well. The generator hás always started up immediately and the remote control is an added plus. We have powered our refrigerator, freezer, cell phone chargers, lights and fans, and the generator has never slipped a beat. We have never stressed the limits of the generator but feel confident that it would power more items if needed. It’s very reassuring to know that reliable energy is immediately available whenever needed. Would definitely recommend to others interested in purchasing a dependable generator. Other than being a little loud as all generators are, this is a five-star quality product.

t arrived on time and was simple to put together. Recommend a second person as it is heavy. It is well put together with great features. That being said ... not sure how remote start is an viable advantage as generators are supposed to have cords unplugged and breakers turned off before shutting down and in reverse for powering up. Westinghouse is a very recognized quality brand and upon using the generator you will understand why. Quality built for durable use.

iGen 2550 Light enough to carry. Small enough to store easily. Enough power to run led lights, internet, small led TV and modern refigerator (or gas furnace if winter) This is the best deal for a homeowner like me. Safe for todays electronics and still affordable. Yes it operated perfectly, quiet and good on gas. (unlike my car)

I bought this generator on 16 April 2025 and I love all the features especially that I can run it on multiple fuel system. I have not turned it on yet but I will to make sure everything is up to par. I hope I don’t need it but if I do, I’m sure it will perform to my satisfaction.

This is a wonderful generator for a single woman! It is very easy to navigate and is very easy to maneuver. The instructions come with a lot of pictures and easy to understand. This year has been a very difficult year in Houston and after living here 22 years I have found it necessary to finally buy a generator with all the loss of electricity we have experienced with more tornados and dangerous hurricanes than ever before. I was highly recommended to get the WestinghouseTri Fuel Portable Generator and I'm happy I got this one. The 3 year warranty is great! Very happy with its dependability and easiness to cart around.

Got my new generator today. Good looking piece of equipment. I am excited about getting it here so I can use it, certainly will be a nice/needed addition to my tools. The remote start is awesome you don't have to walk over to turn off or on whichever is needed.

Was delivered quickly, glad of that since hurricane season has already started(no hurricanes yet!) easy to assemble, nothing hard to get at when you need to, easy to operate, start/ stop directions printed right on the generator, good handle to control moving it, since it’s very heavy! Just the right size to power most things in our house. Recommend!

I bought this generation to prepare for the upcoming hurricane season in FL. The electrician who installed the inlet for me tested it and it worked well running the 1 hp/240V well plus all house lights, TV, internet modem, and 2 fridges. I feel much better, as I'm now in better shape than I was last year, having experienced four days of power outages after the Milton Hurricane.

I bought WGen 11500TFc in August of 2024. It is an amazing generator which power up the whole house using Natural gas including both my 3.5 ton and 3 ton Ac at the same time with an easy start installed in both AC unit. I would recommend this unit if you live in Texas with all the power outage especially during Hurricane

I just received it and haven’t used it in a power outage yet. It was extremely hard to start out of the box (after assembly, of course). It finally started after 20 minutes of off and on crank cycles. I’ve started it since then and it started on the second crank cycle.
