I am very satisfied. Assembles easily. Starts easily and runs smoothly. Maintains a very consistent voltage more so than my power company. I like the funnel that threads into the oil sump but it needs to be at least two inches longer. The oil drain could be designed a little better but no big deal. A good purchase.

I only test drove it so far, I already love the thing. The fact that I can use three type of gas is incredible , I used the remote control and it works like a charm. It definitely not as noisy as my last one. I believe that, this time, we have a winner and a keeper. Thanks

Deliverd on 01/20/25. Electrician installed transfer switch on 01/24/25. Connected and tested the generator on the same day. Electrician was very impressed with the ease of start and how quiete it was. Powered the whole house overnight with the exception of the ac.without a gliche. Noise was not a factor and fuel consumption was surprisingly minimal.Very well constructed with a lot of thought about effeciency and user friendly.

Everything went smooth for delivery and assembly was simple. Operates as it should. Have just begun a break-in procedure and will primarily be using as back-up electrical supply for my home - we use a well for our water supply and an alternative power source is a necessity during outages.

I purchased this generator in Western North Carolina after Hurricane Helene. I did thorough research, and I'm satisfied with the generator. It may be more than I need. Time will tell. It's heavy - and I do hope it starts and I'm able to manage it when it's needed! I will only be using it with propane. I also purchased a transfer panel as the beast is quite capable of running many appliances.

The mix of 110 outlets and the 30 amp plug is great. The very surprising level of quietness was pleasantly unexpected especially for the price. I can't easily recommend the igen2550 to supply just about anything thing you need that matches the offered plugs.

Got this for my house after Baryl wrecked our power grid for over a week. This is perfect for running the essentials. Installed a transfer switch and works great. Runs HVAC, kitchen, wifi, fridge and freezers. Everything to keep it all going without power.

I bought this generator because I needed an easy to handle in South Florida hurricane season. My handyman showed me how it works. I have a video so I can remember each step. It seems pretty simple. I feel much better going into hurricane season with this generator now being on my own.

Bought this generator to run house appliances during hurricanes. Always been hard to start on gas or propane. Should have sent it back. Looking for a Westinghouse service center before warranty runs. Paid good money fir this thing and now I have nothing.

We bought this generator so we'd have it up and running by 2025 Hurricane season here in FL. So far so good. Setup was easy. Using propane for a test run proved very simple and easy. Now we need to try natural gas, which we intend to use in the final setup. But first we need to reconfigure our electrical panel to handle the switchover in case we lose power and that will take some planning, wall changes (holes for electric connection) and maybe a hole for the gas lines. But if we lose power tomorrow, we can use the generator with propane and extension cords, until we get the electric panel redone.
