Great features on this generator. Electric start, remote start, built in battery charging plug. Makes it easy for my wife or son to start it if I'm not home. 50 amp plug offers plenty of power. Tri fuel is a great feature also. This is my insurance policy when the next hurricane comes through.

I bought this generator because I needed an easy to handle in South Florida hurricane season. My handyman showed me how it works. I have a video so I can remember each step. It seems pretty simple. I feel much better going into hurricane season with this generator now being on my own.

Bought this generator to run house appliances during hurricanes. Always been hard to start on gas or propane. Should have sent it back. Looking for a Westinghouse service center before warranty runs. Paid good money fir this thing and now I have nothing.

I bought the WGen10500Tfc model to replace my conventional generator that would run the lights, fridge, and a few other appliances during a power outage. This model is a beast and will be able to control all the necessities during the next outage without hesitation. My wife and I will be comfortable knowing we have this as a backup and rest assured our power will be restored as soon as I hit the button on the remote.

I purchased the WGen10500TFc recently as a backup power source during storms and power losses to our home I purchased it based on reviews I have read about the unit and first hand experience from a family member who had and has used his with excellent results for his power needs

This is what I needed. I have natural gas, Propane and gas generator. I'm glad I did because when the storm came through it took out electricity all over trees down which prevented getting gas so to have the option to use propane or natural gas was great. I would recommend this generator. I mentioned to my brother in a different state and he picked one up and its a good thing they are getting a lot of snow and cold weather. The quality is great

I bought this generator in August 2024. Here it is, April 2025. So far I have been able to run/exercise it maybe 6 times. Then problems happened. First the start/stop button stopped working. Couldn't even start it with the recoil start. Westinghouse sent me a new button. I installed it myself. It wasn't easy. Could start and run, but only a few seconds (15-20) and then shut off. Westinghouse sent me a new CO Detector part. Same thing, would run a few seconds then stop. Now I'm going to take it to a Westinghouse service center. Overall I'm pleased withe machine and many features. Stay tuned

We bought it in preparation for more power outages. Since purchasing we haven't needed it, so it was worth the purchase, lol. But set up was easy, hoping we don't need to use it but we did have an electrician wire our house for it so it can run an AC unit and pool pump.

ran and worked as it should during Halene. only issues we had were we were running it old school with generator drop cords, as our appointment to have it wired to the panel box was 4 days after the storm hit, it will not run a new large refrigerator off of the GFI 20 amp outlets. It trips the GFI every 5 to 10 minutes.

I shopped online and found that all the features and price point was more then I needed. It was easy to unbox, and put together. Had it running in an hour, and gave it a test. Push button start, and even a key fob start and stop. What was also nice, if battery is not charged and your without power, there is an emergency pull start. I know I’ll be ready for any future emergency’s.
