Well Built Product

I purchased this inverter generator to replace my older unit. I wanted an inverter generator, since I have appliances and computers that would be protected better with cleaner power. I also wanted the option to power the entire home, and the 9K running watts will do that easily. The unit came packaged very well, and with easy to understand instructions. I also like the dual fuel feature, since getting gasoline isn't easy to get during a major power outage. I haven't fired it up now, haven't needed to, but will do so in the spring when the snow is gone.

Great home back up generator!

I bought this generator as a home back up and it’s proven to be a reliable, capable machine! Assembly was straight forward, it started with no issues out of the box and, after break in, I found it was able to provide stable power to critical circuits in my home. I’ve had no starting issues or power fluctuations. I’m confident I purchased to right power solution to run sensitive electronics during outages!

Easy to Use

Recently purchased this system, replacing an older traditional generator at half the rated power. Inverter was easy to set up, started (on LP) without issue and was able to easily recharge my 6KWh split-phase battery backup system. Overall, very pleased with this inverter

11,000 watt Inverter Generator

I was looking for a generator that can power my whole house and that was quiet enough so not to upset the other owners in my community . It was very easy to put it together and was much lighter in weight then any other generator with the same amount of power I looked at. It started right up and was very quiet compared to the other generators in my community.

Very Nice Package

Just pick it up, check it out really well, made sure everything was connected properly. I compared it with every name brand on the market and read a lot of reviews and watch lots of videos from different sources and over all this was the best choice for me. Have not had time to run or break it in yet, But I'm sure it will be just fine. Have a few more connections to make on power input to my house so I can test it out the way I plan to use it. Will update later if possible.

Great Value

I had another brand generator before. It was loud. A friend pulled out his Westinghouse inverter generator and it was supper quiet and had much more features. The cost was another benefit I've used this generator twice now, and I like the dual fuel system and how quiet it is. This is a well built machine, it will be in this family for many years to come.

Very quiet

I bought this to have a backup for when our power goes out which happens often. It is amazingly quiet and easy to run. Silly to say but I'm looking forward to our power going out so I can smile and know that I won't have to worry about losing food or getting cold!

Good setup of controls. Excellent panel access

Purchased as a backup to my off grid solar. Excellent features. Very easy setup. Runs well. I've no complaints about it as a generator. Only bad thing, typical of most, it doesn't want to start in very cold weather, anything under 15○ out. Bring in to warm first.

Worth the Wait!

After another hurricane and another extended power outage we knew that it was time to upgrade our existing generator. After a lot of research and customer satisfaction we decided on the iGen11000DFc. It seemed that a lot of people had come to the conclusion at that same time because the unit became out of stock. After waiting for about a month with daily checks it became available and we placed our order. After picking the unit up I got it home and began the unboxing and assembly. Everything was packaged very well and every tool that you need for assembly is included. The instructions are clearly written, easy to understand and complete assembly took no more than 10 minutes. When filling the oil (which is included) you will need a funnel. This surprised me since EVERYTHING else that you need is included but this is a minor thing. After assembly I rolled it into position (it rolls very well), attached the propane and fired it up. It is so much quieter than what we have become accustomed to - and now with it being an inverter I have no qualms with letting it run all night to keep up with a diminished power demand. I am not looking forward to losing power again but a part of me is looking forward to putting this iGen11000DFc to work when it does.

Specs look good

Specs look good. I have not used it yet. I am forced to write this review in order to receive the bonus item. The only thing I wish it did better is to have 9600 running watts. That would allow me to fully utilize the 14-50 outlet at 80% (40 amp) continuous load into the 50 amp inlet circuit.
