I purchased this unit to replace a very basic 5 kW Coleman Powermate generator that I've had for over 25 years. The difference in technology is amazing - inverter quality power, dual fuel, remote start, control panel data display, etc. So far I've only run this generator to test it but it has already exceeded my expectations. I'm an electrical engineer and in my opinion the build quality appears to be excellent, and given its size the maneuverability has been surprisingly easy.

I performed the startup on the IGEN11000DFC and everything went well. I ran it on propane and will continue due to less maintenance, no long term storage of propane concerns and the ability to run it continuously without shutting it down to add fuel. I have a dual automatic regulator & cylinder setup on a large cart. The generator dB level is not bad. Sorry, I did take a reading while I ran it.

Super easy to assemble and get the unit up and running. I've already had the unit running for 6-7 and working great. The electric start works every time and having the remote super great. After looking at several other units I decided on this one and I'm glad I did.

I purchased this generator to run my whole house when the power is out. I installed a 50A generator inlet box on the side of my home so that I could easily connect a generator when the lights go out. This generator was exactly what I wanted. It puts out enough power to run my entire house and it's very quiet and fuel efficient. I should mention that it puts out 240V, which was important to me since some of my major appliances require 240V. Almost all smaller generators only put out 120V, which is fine for many things, but not everything. The only concern I have about the generator is that it is quite heavy. However, in comparing other generator options that could meet my needs this model seemed to be the lightest, which was a plus for me. One small positive surprise I encountered upon open the shipping box was that the generator wheels had ball bearing axle inserts. Based on my last generator, from another brand, I was expecting just plain generic plastic wheels. Though this is could be considered a small matter, it inspired in me a sense of confidence and quality in this generator.

My first Inverter Gen. I researched the competition and the Westinghouse team designed and built a great GenSet. This unit is quiet and operates flawlessly. The controls are thoughtfully designed. The built in meters help in verifying power output. The built in oil drainage hose will make periodic maintenance a breeze. I recommended this to my family members. And another was purchased immediately! Great job Westinghouse engineers and Design Team!

Just received my IGen11000DFc. Took less than a 1/2 hour to unbox, put the handle and wheels on add oil, connect the battery. Was going to charge the battery but decided to give it a try and there was enough power to fire up. It is actually quieter than my 5200W open frame. I like the duel fuel option and will be trying it on propane at the cabin this spring. It will be used for backup power at the house for winter.

This generator exceeded my expectations with its impressive power capacity and remarkably low noise level. It easily powers my entire home, including major appliances, without any issues, making it a reliable backup during outages. Unlike other generators I've used, this one runs much quieter, which is a huge plus, especially for extended use. The efficient performance and smooth operation make it a fantastic investment for anyone looking for a powerful yet quiet generator. Highly recommended!

I received this generator and want to say that setup was easy. All tools needed were included and instructions were clear. I've run one hour of breakin so far on Propane and it couldn't have been easier. The one caveat is that examples online show pouring the whole quart of oil in. I only used about 4/5th. There is a note that says there may be a bit of oil left from the factorey test. I checked oil both before and after running and was topped off.

We decided it was time for a new generator as our 10-year-old wasn't starting during hurricane prepping. It was an easy order; it arrived in just a few days. I thoroughly read the manual and was able to fully assemble, prep for start, start it up, and had my freezer running in under 15 minutes. Super quiet, this is all so important as our last generator kept everyone on the street up at night it was so loud. Kudos on the quietness. Awesome control panel display. And the remote start works from inside the house if the generator is ready to start. This is an excellent purchase that I should have made years ago!

Specs look good. I have not used it yet. I am forced to write this review in order to receive the bonus item. The only thing I wish it did better is to have 9600 running watts. That would allow me to fully utilize the 14-50 outlet at 80% (40 amp) continuous load into the 50 amp inlet circuit.
