Purchased this generator as an upgrade to my Westinghouse open frame WG5300 DF. Wanted an inverter to protect my electronics when running during possible grid power failures. Love it. Very quiet (very important) & a smaller footprint on the side of my home.

I purchased this a month ago and I am impressed with the quality. True I only ran it for an hour so far, but it started right up and it ran my house flawlessly for that time. The instructions were detailed and thorough. I followed them with no problems.

This thing is awesome! Tri fuel, remote start, quiet (as far as generators go), and pretty compact considering the power it puts out. It was super easy to fill with oil and get going for the first run. This thing not only runs well, it looks good too! Now I want to buy a smaller version too for how nice this thing is!

I bought the Igen8200tfc generator to serve as an rv generator, as well as to charge my Rivian R1t in a pinch on a level 2. With a ground plug this setup works great! Unit is well designed, quiet and very flexible given it can run on propane, natural gas or gasoline!

Received product in good condition.After adding oil and connecting battery and propane supply the unit started and ran as expected, have not used it in power outage as of yet. Directions are clear and straightforward, the generator seems well made with plenty of features.

I bought this as a backup for my second home in OKLAHOMA. I have not used it yet. The packaging seemed OK. It wasn't damaged. However, the Styrofoam left strange friction marks on the top around the gas cap. Also, the maintenance access panel wasn't installed correctly from the factory, one of the tabs was sticking out, but it wasn't a really a problem to take it loose and put it back on. It looks to be a very well built generator when I actually get to use it I will leave another review. I have high expectations..

I really like the unit . It's runs efficiently & very quiet. I bought it back in April & its September now. The only problem I'm having is the gas cap is stripped. It works like a car gas cap. You tighten it until it clicks & that should be good enough but on my the cap tighten to a point & then it loosen up. It's like it is stripped. I have a new cap on the way. The cap has fallen off while running . Hopefully the new cap will fix the issue.

The initial setup was straightforward. I added the oil and fuel and connected the internal battery. The generator fired up immediately and I ran it for about 10 minutes. It is much quieter than I imagined it would be. I let it cool down and rolled it into my garage. I noticed a slight odor of gasoline but I figured that I may had spilled some when filling it and got it on the soles of my shoes. This morning, I go into the garage and the gasoline smell is overpowering. I don't see any puddles or drips from the generator. The fuel is fresh. If I can get this resolved, I'll edit this review or write a new one.

I started the generator on propane and the operation was flawless for about 30 minutes. Turned the generator off, and successfully restarted the motor again and the status indicated "Power Ready" but there was no power output. At this point, a remedial fix is unknown.

I bought this generator 3 months ago and am generally pleased with it. Part of the sales pitch at the time was that I would receive a free cover. That has never happened in spite of repeated requests, all of which remain ignored and unanswered by Westinghouse ! I cannot recommend doing business with this company !
