Using propane the generator started with the first push of the start button. Very quiet. It would be nice if the wheels were a little larger for easier rolling on grass.

I just received my generator and have not run it yet. I have looked it over and it looks real good. The manual is easy to understand and follow. Everything that you need comes with it. I will update my review when I run my unit.

This IGEN 8200 is amazing! It's quiet and keeps both of our ac units running smoothly with all of the other appliances with no problem. Highly recommend for larger rv's and 5th wheels

Just got the generator, unboxed, and prepped for initial start-up. Fired right up running through break in now. Very quiet also. Compact powerful unit.

I bought this in January 2026. The unit has only run long enough to be connected to my house and confirm it works and power the generator panel. I am pleased with what I have seen so far, quieter than expected, remote start / stop works fine and generator started first time out of box and each subsequent time. Easy to unpack and set up. Ran it on LP max load about 5000w then auto disconnected, which what was expected . Comes with a good documentation package.

I purchased my generator 12 days ago and glad I did. We lost power during a major snow storm. It kept us from freezing when outside temperatures in the single digits And kept all my appliances running smoothly as well as lights and my well and furnace. I give this generator a thumbs up 👍.

I picked up my generator four days ago. Luckily, we did not have to use it just yet for a power outage. It was a simple, quick, set up to start which was great. My expectations were met with ease. I am satisfied with the purchase, and I would recommend the model.

Just received the generator and wanted to get it registered. Have not run it yet. Unit was well packaged and in great shape. Looks to be very well made. Seems to be a great value money wise for a unit of this size. I did a lot of research before deciding on this particular generator, and it appears like it was a good decision. Anxious to try it out.

Even though we live in the mountains, we generally have very reliable electric service, so this was purely a planning purchase, hoping it seldom gets used. We went with the iGen8200TFc Digital Inverter Generator because it has great reviews online, has enough power to run everything we need (well pump, lights, outlets, frig and freezer), is super quiet, is very portable, has low THD, has a 50 amp outlet and runs on multiple fuel types. I work on lots of small engines for friends and this design solves many of the gripes I mutter when working on those older pieces of equipment. Those include a permanently attached oil drain hose, so no spills when changing oil. It also has a tube installed to easily drain the carb bowl to keep stale fuel out of that important part. Those are clever and appreciated! It fired right up out of the box and is amazingly quiet. Very happy with our purchase!!

Purchased as a backup generator for our house when the power goes out. It will be enough to keep the refrigerators running and lights on, and probably a bit more. I got the generator setup with a propane tank and it started right up. Eventually, I plan to tap into our house's gas line so I won't have to worry about gasoline and propane tanks, but it's nice to have all three options.
