I RESEARCHED GENERATORS FOR TWO WEEKS AND THIS GENERATOR MET ALL MY NEEDS AND THEN SOME. THE TRI FUEL IS A BIG PLUS. IT ENABLES YOU TO TEST WITHOUT ADDING GAS WHICH WILL SIT THERE UNTIL THE NEXT HURRICANE COMES OR HAVE TO BE DRAINED. THE HANDLE DESIGN IS GENIUS. THE OVERALL WEIGHT WAS IMPORTANT. ON AVERAGE 100 LBS. LIGHTER THAN IT ENABLES MY WIFE TO MANEUVER THE GENERATOR. AND IT'S QUIET.

I just took delivery and have read the QuickStart instructions for this inverter generator so I cannot report how the unit operates. I can however say I like the design/layout of the control panel and the aperence of ease of use. If easy, I will update this review once I have run the required break in period.

I just recieved my generator. It is refurbished. It did not come with all the extras, such as oil, and the oil spout. The repackaging was adequate as the unit was not damaged as far as I can see. Could have cleaned it up a little more. I would like to know the problems it had and why it was refurbished. I haven't used it yet. I will come back after this weekend and give a more detailed review.

Bought this June 2026. Fired up on first try out of the box. Love the features and TriFuel ability. Going to have it hooked to in ground propane tank.

So far the generator is working great and have been able to use the 30 amp and the 20 amp plugs with no issues. Very easy to setup and ready to go quickly!

I wanted a generator to power our RV as well as provide power to our home if/when we have a power outage. This generator checked all the boxes for us.

Initial setup was really simple. The integrated wheel kit makes moving it easy. Initial load tests were impressive. Looking forward to using it camping and home backup.

I recently purchased the iGen8200TFC generator and have been very impressed so far. The tri‑fuel capability was a big selling point for me, and it’s great knowing I can run it on gasoline, propane, or natural gas depending on what’s available. Setup was straightforward, and the electric/remote start works perfectly. For a generator of this size, it’s surprisingly quiet and runs very smoothly. It has plenty of power to handle everything I need during an outage without any issues. The unit is definitely on the heavier side, but the wheels make it manageable. Overall, it feels very well built and reliable, which is exactly what I was looking for in a backup power solution. So far, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, flexible, and dependable generator.

I bought this inverter generator to replace an older generator that did not have inverter technology. I also like the tri-fuel flexibility. So far I have been using the generator only on propane. The first time I turned on the generator I used the key fob and the generator started right away. I am impressed with how quiet the generator is when running. My home is in a residential neighborhood and the houses are close together so a wanted quiet running generator. The folding handle and wheels makes it easy to move around and the compact size makes it easy to store in my garage. I had spent many hours researching various inverter generators and a this one checked all the boxes for me.

After much reading I decided to purchase iGen8200TFc. I'm using this for home emergencies and my travel trailer This was easy to setup, no assembly, I followed the startup and break in period in the manual. The generator started right up, I ran it 30 minutes before I plugged anything in and its quiet, I've tested the 50amp, 30amp and I tested plugging my battery backup system for my computers and it didn't have any issues with the iGen, our other generator would trip the battery backups iGen doesn't wife happy that's all that counts.
