I'm super impress and satisfy with Westinghouse Support Department , report an issue with the original purchase and they were very understanding, and helpful for me to get the replacement on time before our Trip. Prep the unit this morning by connecting the Battery, add oil and fuel and from start to run for an hour with out any issue Thanks for making my Day

Uncrated and all seems well so far. Read User Manual, pulled panels and internal parts seem to be in order, filled oil, battery connections went together with no issues, attached propane tank and started immediately. Only ran it about one half to three quarters of an hour but my wife who hears everything never heard it. Only have about six hours but happy so far.

I purchased the Westinghouse iGen8200TFc back in February and it has been an excellent investment. I've already used it several times to power my entire home, and it has performed flawlessly. One of my favorite features is the push-button electric start. It makes the generator incredibly easy to operate, which gives me peace of mind knowing my wife can start it without any trouble if I'm not home. After installing a soft starter on my HVAC system, the generator can run the air conditioner along with the rest of the house without any problems. The iGen8200TFc delivers an impressive combination of power, convenience, and reliability. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for dependable whole-home backup power.

This is a peace of mind purchase. We live in the deep South, and we have heard that this winter may be unusually severe, Georgia is not geared for this. I've read all the instructions, filled the oil and will be going out to get ethanol free fuel to try it. Also getting a natural gas line extended for the Tri Fuel option. The box has been broken down and dumped on the land fill, so I am definitely banking this 5-star review on it being a problem free purchase. Fingers crossed!

The generator was packed carefully and is by all accounts a beautiful product. A lot of thought, engineering and care was put into crafting this product. Although heavy, we appreciate the minimalist footprint for packing, toting and storage purchases. Set up was a breeze!!

Bought this inverter generator to replace an open frame generator. It's true. It's all true. The inverter is quieter. The inverter has clean power. I measured between 1% and 2% THD while under 25% load. My UPS likes the clean power. No clicking like my old open frame generator. This is cleaner power than the 3% THD from the power company. I love the wattage load on the display. This generator is also smaller and lighter than my old one.

Like the generator. However, the 50-Amp port did not work out of the box. I called service line and they sent me a new 50-amp breaker. I replaced the breaker and now works fine. Had to wait a week to get operational, but all is good now. I was pleased with the quick response of service support. I have gone thru the testing and break-in period. Ready for next power outage.

I have not tried the generator yet but look forward to having clean power. I cannot trust old generator with sensitive equipment. The features with this generator make it a good value for the price. My greatest concern is with installing high altitude kits as I am at 6000ft in .elev. .A DETAILED instruction manual with illustrations specific to this model (igen8500tfc) would be greatly appreciated! Can you supply this?

I bought this use with our fifth wheel. I have it running now with a light load to break it in. It is easier to roll around than I thought, thanks to the extending handle on the bottom. But I do think a little larger tire would benefit the unit. We bought this size so we can run at least on of the AC unit and not worry about the other items to much. Instructions are easy to follow and there nothing really to do other than add oil and fuel.

I just bought the product. I did a lot of research to find the right one for the needs at my house. It's a little heavier than expected so I didn't add fuel right away. It wasn't intuitive that the entire oil can needs to be used. I'm looking forward to using it.
