The automatic start makes it convenient the big wheels and the handlebar allow for easy maneuvering. Looking forward to having power during our next hurricane.

So far easy directions and started right up. run 25 % load for break in period. Easy access to the sides and the oil change should be a breeze since they have a hose to empty the oil. I wish the % load lights and the fuel lights would be a little brighter.

We needed enough power to run a rooftop AC, microwave, TV, small hot water heater, lights, and battery chargers. The product arrived in great shape. I unboxed and assembled it with the included tools with ease. Followed the instructions for adding oil, connecting the battery and hooking it up to a propane cylinder. 1st start was no problem and it was much quieter that I expected. I powered up some things inside (including the AC) and was amazed that it did not seem to phase this inverter generator at all! Good purchase that we hope will last many years.

Two days after receiving it, our power was out for 7days. I had it connected to the main panel, and got the house powered up with it. After about 15 minutes I engaged the AC (my AC has a soft start connected), almost immediately the generator sputtered and died. I pulled this new unit out of service and ran the whole week with no further issues once I hooked up my older (less wattage) conventional generator. Thankfully I was able to sell this piece of crap to a neighbor who didn’t care about running their main AC.

I was afraid of running something that sounded like my pressure washer, but this generator was quiet enough to have conversations while within feet of the idling generator.

Started easily on 2nd attempt. I was amazed at how quiet it ran. Albeit with no load. Oil funnel was a little different. Had threads on it like it would screw in but did not. Wish there was an easier way to tell if it was full other than reinserting the dip stick and testing.

Once you get it upright on its on its wheels and feet, you can add the supplied oil. This comes with a small tube/funnel to use to fill the oil and all the tools you'll need to assemble it. they aren't cheap flat metal tools either! The side panels have sound deadening foam and it really works, this was so quiet when it was running. I used LP gas out of a 20lb bottle to get it started and ensure it works out of the box. I connected a compressor up to it and let it go. Barely even acknowledge the load from the compressor. With LP gas, expect it to take a second time to start due to the priming.
