Generator was delivered today. Ran it in for 30 minutes to check operation. Operated flawlessly. Ran my table saw - it used 25% of the generator's capacity. The LED info panel is great! It's good to have that information. Let it run out of fuel and drained the carb float bowl - the drain valve and hose are a really nice touch. This is our hurricane generator. Hopefully, we'll never need it again.

I bought this generator as a backup powersource for my household fridge, water filter system and misc electronics in the case of a power outage. Runs smooth and quiet. Hope I will never need it but have peace of mind in the case that we do. Thanks!

I bought this small inverter generator to power a camper because of the RV receptacle and the dual fuel feature. Runs great, powers my RV appropriately and even handles the A/C unit. It arrived with every I needed to get it up and running quickly and it is very quiet.

I have had a need for a small inverter generator as my main one is too big to carry camping, hunting, etc. After months of studying, I settled on the igen2550dfc due to reliability, price, power, and dual fuel capabilities. It went on sale 2 weeks ago and I was able to get one from a reputable dealer for an awesome price. The cord is super easy to pull and it starts up very easy. I can't wait to hook it up to my travel trailer after the 25 hour break in period.

Packaged great, comes with oil and a small tool kit as well as cables for multiple inverters. Put oil in after reading all instructions, added a small amount of gas being I knew I wouldn't be using it full time for a few months yet. Gave a few short prime pulls and then 2 pulls later boom - up and running. I put my grinder on it to test for load and noise and was extremely impressed. So far I'd say I got a great machine.

This Inverter generator is a lot quieter than I was expecting. I had ran it for an hour to break it in so that I could change the oil. Only thing I recomment is changing the spark plug. You just cant trust the cheepo ones. Otherwise this thing is fantastic!

So far this generator seems to live up to it's good reputation. It's easy to use, and seems at least a little bit quieter than comparable generators. My only complaint was that filling the oil is a MESS. The funnel it comes with has lots of grooves for oil to get stuck in, and you're supposed to take the funnel out and check the oil level repeatedly as you fill it. It would be nice to have a cleaner way to accomplish this task. We'll just use a regular funnel next time.

I bought this genny at the end of Jan (live in MN) and it performed ok the 1st time, the only problem I really had was after the break-in oil. I had to take the plug out and clean it a lot to get it running again. There are other factors to, like it was really humid after a warm front went through so frost was thick in the air. But after the 1st oil change I put Mobil 1 5-30 full synthetic in it and not a problem since, and have used it atleast 100 hours since. It's the quietest genny on the market no contest. Can get almost 12 hours on a tank of gas also which is amazing.

I purchased this iGen2500 to be used as a second generator in a parallel configuration. Setup was a breeze, and the inclusion of the oil and funnel was a nice touch. Started up on the first pull and runs quietly and smoothly. My only issue is initially the fuel gauge, which displays as a colored bar and as a digital quantity, was stuck at 0.9L, despite how much fuel was in it. So I called customer support, described the problem, and was told a Technician would get back to me. After 9 days, I have not yet heard anything back from them! Knowing that most fuel gauges work using a float, just today I decided to try jarring the float by dropping the generator about 4 inches. That fixed the problem, so all's well unless it never goes back down? But the fact I never received a call back concerns me... we'll see! Otherwise, great generator at a good price!

I bought the iGen2550 generator back in May, and have used the generator extensively since then. We purchased the product to power tools where we don't have access to a power supply and a mobile inflatable that our company owns. The iGen is lightweight and has a descent running time (for our purposes). We are extremely happy with this product.
