i just purchased two of these little beasts. They are super easy to start. I purchased them to use side by side for a horse trailer with living quarters since camping with horses is rustic 99% of the time. Once I have used them I will try to come back and leave more feed back. They are pretty light weight for invertors and I can pick them up without too much difficulty. (I'm a senior female)

I purchased this generator as a replacement.. very impressed with the features and ease of starting. One pull and it starts. This generator is the perfect portable generator, not that heavy and plenty of power. My wife can carry it easily.. a great purchase.

I purchased this last month to carry with us in our Fitfh wheel RV to charger the batteries is needed and to enable us to run 1 of the air conditioners while camping off the grid. I run this off of the propane system on the RV so I purchased a hose without a regulator (propane system is regulated on the RV). I found that when the generator is cold you need to pull out the manual choke to keep it running until it warms up. If you don't it will run for 30 sec to a minute then shut off like it has run out of fuel. Love the 30 amp outlet on the control panel, most smaller ones only have the 20 amp outlets.

After reviewing several portable generators I chose the iGen2550. The iGen2550 was perfect for what I intend to use it for, not too big and not to small. Mainly as a power source for sump pump should power go out. Best of all it's quite and even at 70 years old and suffering from COPD I can still move it around. Yes, there was others, but none could match the Westinghouse reviews.

I bought this a week ago and have been using it on propane. The setup was super easy. I read the manual! Filled the oil, connected the propane, flipped the switch to run, and it started on the second pull. Runs quietly, rubber feet keep it from walking, handles power tool startup and my small A/C.

Started for the first time on the second pull. I'm still doing the break in but really like the digital panel. It gives you good feedback on how you're doing. I bought this for power outages with my goal only being to to run the refrigerator and furnace with low fuel usage.

I just received my IGEN 2500. Everything I needed to get it going was included in the box, including the oil. Started on the 3rd pull. Put an electric heater on it to test its output and everything worked perfectly. I bought it to provide safe, reliable power for operating my ham radio equipment off the grid.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical of all the reviews claiming it started on the first pull... But... My 2500c started first pull. It was much quieter than I expected. I plan to use it in my small camper with my a small plug-in heater when I don't need the furnace and also to power a small microwave. The only complaint was I should have bought this gem years ago. It is right up there with generators that cost over double. Great Generator!!!

I purchased this generator to run my Rockwood Mini-light 2109S travel trailer. It has a 13.5K BTU air conditioning system. It was actually able to start the AC with no modifications but I am at 340 feet above sea level. I purchased the Micro-Air soft start for the air conditioner and now this generator can run the AC even in econo-mode. The generator is very quiet and spools up instantly when needed. This generator has an LED display that tells how much power you're drawing, how much fuel is left, voltage and how much run time you have at any given power setting. The only thing it is missing is a hobbs meter but this unit beats the Honda 2000 in power and has more features. The only question I couldn't get an answer for is the type of cylinder (Cast iron or other?). So far, I can't speak highly enough of this generator. Westinghouse has been around for a long time. Parts shouldn't be a problem... 3 year warranty. DO IT!!

I bought this a few days ago and took it out of the box today. After adding oil and reading how to operate, it started right away. It's quiet, very light. I am gonna love this for my camper. Much quieter than most generators this size. I love the rubber tray on top as well. Can't wait to use this with my camper.
