I’ve only had it for one week but really like it a lot. Only comment is the bean hopper is too small IMO. You only get two pots of coffee max before having to refill. Suggestion would be to make a hopper accessory that sits in the space of the current hopper cover that has more capacity. Otherwise it makes a really good cup of coffee.

We returned the coffee maker because the coffee was too strong, no matter what kind of coffee was used or what settings we tried. Bottom of the burr grinder is also difficult to clean. Love the sleek design and controls. A few changes and I'd buy it again. It would also be nice to have a 12-cup pot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how you have the option to choose between grinding your own beans or having grounds already made for this machine. Being able to connect this machine to wifi and set up a schedule of when you want the machine to brew coffee is a plus. The downside of this machine is that you have a lot of parts to clean. I am someone who likes to spend as much time in bed before work and if i use this machine before work, i’d have to get up earlier (me issue). Another issue is that it’s tall and takes up a lot of counter space. Be mindful when purchasing if you have limited counter space. Getting used to a podless coffee machine is definitely something that i’ll have to get used to. You have the option of brewing 1 cup of coffee up to 10 cups which is great if you have a family of coffee drinkers. Super user friendly and easy to set up. The app will tell you when it’s time to descale, change the filter, and reminds you to take the used grounds out of the machine. Love it so far other than the fact that i have to clean a lot of parts. The stainless steel finish looks beautiful in my kitchen amongst my other stainless steel appliances. My family was super excited to try this new machine out! We love it so far. I also love the jingle it does when it’s finished brewing. It’s not too loud and it’s cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is just ok. It has great brewing and grinding options but has a few flaws. The coffee basket needs to be eased into place or it will not close properly and the water tank seems to slide in easily but sometimes doesn’t connect properly, you will have to lift it and re-set it a few times for the water to pump through. After the brew is done, it doesn’t seem to keep heating the pot so if you don’t pour right away, your coffee is cold.

I like the setup and the coffee this makes. Unfortunately the grinder isn’t able to be properly cleaned and after two months it wasn’t getting any grinds through. I never used dark roast, and always used the most coarse setting but even that is pretty fine… I cleaned out the grinder with the instructions in the manual after the first 25 brews and it was fine, but before I got to 50 brews it clogged up on me. It seems like part of the grind mechanism is not reachable which is a pretty big flaw. I cleaned everything out that was accessible and still get no grounds coming through.
