Being a new mom with being WiFi enabled and having the app to set and start a brew without having to bother the baby is a big plus. The carafe keeps my coffee hot even after 2 hours, while sliding the machine in and out to get to the water is a hassle, I absolutely love that it has a charcoal filter attached to filter the city water. Has a grinder right on top that works great it isn't really loud only issue I have is that it's not a consistent grind. Every day it's a different strength still tinkering with it though.
