After owning a GE microwave in the past, I knew that GE was the right brand for me. This microwave has wonderful easy to use programmed controls that are perfect for my everyday cooking. It was easy to unbox and setup on the counter, and I was using it immediately. The microwave blends in with all my kitchen appliances .Love the size as it is large enough inside to handle all my cooking needs. Definitely would buy again.

The door button and the small digital display feel cheaper than my previous GE microwave JES2251SJ02 that lasted 14 years (the magnetron went). This one has a weird logic of setting up the power level, where Time Cook has to be set first and then the power… Also, on my previous model I could just punch the exact cooking time and start it, now I have to hit Time Cook first and then 2:37min for example. It’s a step backwards. What were your designers thinking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beverage heater overheats coffee. No way to adjust it that I can see. It looks good. It was hard to install, oddly the trim kit is not flush to the counter without large modifications to the counter, which we did not do.

We like it cause it is large like our old one that we had for over 30 years. It is a lot larger inside of the microwave and nice that you can put larger thing in to heat. The reheat feature is nice also that we didn't have on our old one. The design is like my old one so that is why I liked it also. It has much more power also than the 30 yr old one which is nice.

Took some getting used to as had our old microwave for more than 20 years not easy to find one of same color, size and dimensions this one was perfect outside surprisingly inside was 1/2 inch deeper making it useful for more of our dishes. Next to refrigerator microwave is our most used appliance most of our cooking is with it as well as our builtin a GE Spacemaker. Been using the new one for several months now and completely satisfied with it's performance and size was a perfect fit for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's almost impossible to find a white microwave over 1.0 cu.ft. I found this one and it works great. Easy to read buttons, simple controls, and large cooking space. Also quieter than my old microwave. I bought a Toshiba Microwave (black controls) and took it back because my wife had to use a flashlight read the panel, also had an energy saver that could not be disabled, so the clock shut off after 2 minutes and would not come back on till you hit a button or opened the door. Why buy a microwave that you can't see the clock? Thanks GE.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got it and think it will be great for one reason. This is the same unit , but newer and a new model number. The old one we bought in 2012! We used it a lot and never had issues until it died finally. Ill be happy if this gives me a other 13 years.

We got the larger micro wave because we host guest and needed a microwave that can keep up. This is our second micro wave from GE and love the power the easy to use and understand controls. And the performance of GE we have come to rely on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only upgraded because the model that we had that was just about exactly the same as this one had the receiver part of the latch go bad after nine years. Hopefully this latch will last us even longer than nine years! Our GE microwave always works great and is used daily.

just unpacked it and put it together - it feels a bit flimsey compared to my old Sharp microwave which was quite sturdy. The turntable base is very thin and unstable. The door is very light. When it is closed it wobbles and does not feel like it has completely engaged the door locks. I may have made an expensive mistake purchasing this piece of equipment instead of another Sharp.
