Nice sized unit. This replaced a smaller, older unit.

This is my second purchase of this same microwave. We had the first one for almost 10 years. The first one lasted a long time with a family of 5 using it. I was happy to see GE still made this same microwave and quickly headed out to get it on sale. I love the options on the control panel. It has everything I need.

We are very happy with this microwave. Heats up food very hot in no time at all. Gives an even heat. Very quiet when on. Love the Defrost and adjusting the cooking level. Nice big Size. Well worth the money.

We bought this model to replace our 17-year-old GE microwave (JEB1860SM1) which I loved. The features and controls are very similar, and the ovens look identical to each other. I expect this model to perform as well as our previous one did. This model does have a larger turntable. I also like the curved corners in the back which makes cleaning easier. We were also able to reuse the trim kit which was a plus.

I couldn’t believe that the new GE microwave fit exactly as the one I had previously. I hope this one is as reliable as the one I am replacing. It lasted 26 years. The frame I had for old on fits perfectly. This never happens when replacing an appliance. I didn’t have to spend time looking for a replacement. Perfect for my use.

I love that it will hold a large dish and I also like that fact that the popcorn button is exact for microwave popcorn. It pops almost all of the kernels leaving maybe 4-5 that didn't pop compared to other microwaves where you had 10 to 20 that didn't pop.

So far so good. There is a child lock on side that it took me about 7 minutes to figure out before l could open the door though

This is our fourth GE Microwave. I guess we are pretty hard on them. Anyway, all of the hardware matched and we installed it ourselves. We had two problems. There weren't enough screws to install it but we found 2 screws in the garage that worked. More importantly, the door would not open. How very clever of you to put the Quick Guide INSIDE THE MICROWAVE OVEN THAT WOULD NOT OPEN. Thank you google.

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for a GE profile that had only lasted eight years. This particular model that I’m reviewing was very noisy. It seemed like it wasn’t as well made as previous microwaves and overall we just weren’t satisfied with it. We had the microwave all of a day and we ended up returning it. The price point was fantastic but it almost made you wonder why it was so inexpensive so we returned it. The design was similar to the GE profile that we had but the performance was really lacking.

this is the third GE microwave identical that I've had and it's going to be the last that all three have had the problem with the defrost cycle it acts like it's a regular cycle I near the first time I used it I just got it yesterday for defrost I nearly melted my that all three have had the problem with the defrost cycle it acts like it's a regular cycle and the first time I used it I just got it yesterday for defrost I nearly melted my toast crossed the lowest number two setting on the defrost Easter doing a slight warm up on number one and it worked in 24 seconds okay and the other thing it makes a huge popping noise it is so loud that actually jumped twice the first few times I used it as soon as you open the door it goes Clank I mean it's at least that loud very unappreciative I wish and I will never buy another and get talking to your robot when you try to call your company is a joke you can't get anywhere what she's doing what a joke you can't reach anybody and I'll never buy another one the one before this one only lasted for 4 years 4 years and 2 months the other one didn't match last much longer either the worst football do I'll do the video cant even upload a video of the loud pop on ope opening. it'll wake up everyone in the house!
