Nice sized unit. This replaced a smaller, older unit.

This is outstanding reliable model. We have used the previous version for 15 years before it finally stopped working, Easy to use for cooking and reheating. The only issue we have had is the door latch tends to stick if we press the release slightly off-center, otherwise all other features have performed well. It is quiet as well.

I couldn't believe that the new GE microwave fit exactly as the one I had previously. I hope this one is as reliable as the one I am replacing. It lasted 26 years. The frame I had for old on fits perfectly. This never happens when replacing an appliance. I didn't have to spend time looking for a replacement. Perfect for my use.

We bought this model to replace our 17-year-old GE microwave (JEB1860SM1) which I loved. The features and controls are very similar, and the ovens look identical to each other. I expect this model to perform as well as our previous one did. This model does have a larger turntable. I also like the curved corners in the back which makes cleaning easier. We were also able to reuse the trim kit which was a plus.

This size is great for the foods we put in it. The controls are good. The feature to leave the buzzer sound off when it is finished is great. Because it means no disturbing noise when used early in the morning. The time for the instant 30 seconds or 1 to 6 minutes is great. The setting for power levels is efficient. We had this model which lasted for over five years but the last one died in less that a year. The warranty process was fairly easy to navigate.

I love that it will hold a large dish and I also like that fact that the popcorn button is exact for microwave popcorn. It pops almost all of the kernels leaving maybe 4-5 that didn't pop compared to other microwaves where you had 10 to 20 that didn't pop.

So far so good. The size, price, and specifications are perfect for us. This microwave was closest to the one we replaced. That one lasted 19 years and we are hoping to get the same life out of this one.

I just got the microwave, but so far I LOVE it. It is HUGE in size, you can put an extra large plate inside or a couple of small plates inside. It definitely stands up to the other reviews that I read about it. However, I do wish that it had more instructions on how to use it because I am sure that it does more than what I have been able to figure out so far. Plus, I have not yet been able to figure out how to make it let me know when the cycle is complete. That would really be helpful! Since you have to either guess or stand right next to it. I still would give it a 5 in ratings.

I had this same micowave for about 18 months. I loved it!! The heating element went out. Everything else worked great. You would've thought it was working. The fan, light, turntable and clock all worked and it sounded great. When the food was done it was COLD still. I went and bought this one and hope it does not quit that soon!

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for a GE profile that had only lasted eight years. This particular model that I’m reviewing was very noisy. It seemed like it wasn’t as well made as previous microwaves and overall we just weren’t satisfied with it. We had the microwave all of a day and we ended up returning it. The price point was fantastic but it almost made you wonder why it was so inexpensive so we returned it. The design was similar to the GE profile that we had but the performance was really lacking.
