we purchase on july7th. Unfortunately washers for wheel install were not included in packaging. Otherwise the machine was packaged carefully and delivered promptly.

So far runs great. Have it broken in and no issues running small stuff. Next test will be the house. Had a transfer switch installed and so be a smooth hook up. Hope I never need it!

Bought this to replace small one for hurricanes. Hooked it up and ran 6 hours to test. Nothing I couldn't do with proper power management. Great deal and seems to be a good product

Great generator for the couple of times we've used it. My family and I live on acres and we all get to use it. It is a great investment if you are thinking of getting it. It is super huge and heavy but if you have a lot of man power it will be fine.
