Bought 25 months ago. Works great other than won't run off gas after 13 hrs of use. Always service and run in the fall to ensure proper operation. Always use ethanol free fuel with stabilizer and run out of fuel in carb before storage.

Runs my AC and the ready of the house no problem the 50 amp cord is kinda hard to plug in if it is a 90 degree connector so get one that is no more then 45 degrees because it hits the wheel at 90 degrees.

Bought this for charging spray drone batteries. I need 18kw continuous for this. Just received and will be putting it to work next week. Quieter than the Wgen9500 its replacing. Needing more and cleaner power.

I have used this generator once so far and it has been as advertised. Easy to start up with the remote start feature. I have been pleased with this generator so far!

Just took delivery and was very pleased with the packaging and set up instructions. Also very pleased when it started after we hooked up the battery. Not pleased with the website.

PURCHASED THE GENERATOR AFTER THE TEXAS FREEZE IN FEBRUARY 2021. GREAT FEATURES ALL AROUND ON THIS MODEL. BONUS WAS THE BATTERY, OIL, FUNNEL, LPG REGULATOR+HOSE, AND TOOLS INCLUDED WITH THIS MODEL.

I would like to thank you for the great job the crew at state street saw and the warrenty people at westinghouse for warrenting my generator and I will recommend there products to all my friends. thank you again

I bought this a couple weeks ago and so far have no issues. It's easy to start and was very easy to hook up to natural gas. Hopefully this generator will give peace of mind in the next major storm!

After an exhausting 4 weeks of research upon research (i.e. google ,YouTube videos, and etc.) of the many brands , size , and wattage amount I felt extremely confident that the WGen12000DF was the correct fit for my home and household needs.

Happy we upgraded and comes with an auto start. One star less because it indicated quick connection for the battery. Had to remove the battery to hook it up and put it back. Disappointed with that.
