Everything went to together as planned. Except the lock pins because the washer tolerance was interfering. Package and transported well. Have not tested it yet but everything looks to be well built and sturdy.

First Generator had to be returned due to flames coming out of the exhaust at break-in. Return process was easy and I got another one with a discount for my troubles. Break-in tomorrow and we expect better results. It's got the power that we need.

I bought this generator and had it delivered on January 6th. We had a free snow storm on January 12th resulting in a power outage. The generator performed flawlessly.

I started it on the second try it’s a beast. I had two Refrigerators and a freezer and Two TVs and a Microwave and Hot Tub, internet handled it with ease. Ran about 3 hours. So far doing great.

Prep for hurricane season, no such thing as being too prepared. Easy to install wheel kit. Unit is sturdy and well built. Filled with supplied oil, hooked to propane tank and running in minutes. Would recommend this product.

I purchased this in April 2021. Just had it completely installed by an electrician. It is wonderful. I am so happy to have this at my home. I will no longer have to worry about power outages. It give me a sense of safety.

We have not had the opportunity to try this out during a power outage but my husband purchased the generator because of the electric start and large gas tank! The electric start makes it easy for me when I have to start it up!

We decided to purchase this to power our entire home after Hurricane Beryl..it came in handy for all the days we were without power and will now be using it for a snow storm that will potentially knock out our power. Highly recommend!

I bought this at the being of the year for this summer the utility company is saying we might have brown outs. This summer I just wanted to be ready for any outages. Great for home use.
