Just moved to Florida and within the first six months had multiple hurricanes come through. Bought a generator that was supposed to be able to run the necessities of my home but just didn’t keep up. So I got a 14500tfg. One thing I noticed immediately when I got it unboxed was how easy it was to put together. They did a great job with packaging and getting this thing ready to go almost instantly out of the box. Looks great, hopefully I’ll never have to use it but if I do, I feel like it’s gonna do a good job

After getting a quote for a back-up generator, this beast fits the bill. It will run my entire 2500 sq ft house including AC with no difficulty and was a 1/4 the cost. Giving up the connection to the gas line and the automatic transfer switch, but saving a lot of money

I bought October of 2019. I was a little Leery about the purchase by some of the reviews about battery issues. But when I took it home I had no problems of the such. Fire on second attempt and seems to work well. A little loud but it was Expected for a generator of that size. Appears to be well built.

Replacement for a home lite 5k, oil dip stick is sub par trying to get it in and out is a royal pain. Trying to check oil level on it is nearly impossible with new oil. Shiney dip stick clear oil and no cross hatching on it. No information in manual about oil filter part number, other than change it at 300 hours. Hopefully everything works ok after test run and break in.

I bought this about a year ago, had not needed till Hurricane Milton. We had no power for 3 days, this generator ran flawlessly. I have a 3500 sq foot house and could run both AC units with all other regular house items. I could turn off a unit to run other big items if needed. I ran extension cords to neighbors so they could power there fridges and small items. Did exactly what I needed and cost a fraction of what a few neighbors paid for generac stand by units.

I purchased this generator in preparation for the Texas 2024 hurricane season. The setup was easy. The machine is well built. I had a chance to use this generator during hurricane Beryl which hit my town on July 10th, 2024. Once we lost power, I was able to switch to this generator and it has performed great. We are in out 5th day without electricity and the generator is still running great.

Awesome generator - received this at the end of June due to some delays. Once it arrived; hooked it up and tested it out with my transfer switch (yes supports transfer switch!) and it powered literally everything i needed it to which was everything in my house - The true test! Washer, dryer, ceiling fans, fridge, stove, 2 FL HVAC unit - you name it, this thing can do it and with the smart features and remote start - super easy to operate! So glad I bought this - comparable to Generac and way cheaper!

Moving from California to Louisiana was definitely different did a lot of research in preparation to buy a generator that would possibly run most of my home. Came up with the WGN 9500 very good generator thus far haven't had to use it start it up first start only reason I didn't give it more stars is cuz I haven't been able to attach it to the house yet

I just received my generator on July 1st and had to use it on July 8th. Worked perfect so far. Will test the true capacity later as I was only able to use extension cords this time but will have it running on the larger 50 amp output next time. Works great on gas and propane. Although the propane did not last as long as suggested but gas lasted longer than suggested.

Purchased in January and it is a rather impressive device. It is sizable, and heavy. The option to remote start, st switch, and run off of several different fuels places this device over it's competition in my opinion. I do wish they would either include the st switch or reduce it's price but ultimately having that option is a smart move.
