Bought this 2 weeks ago and were very happy with it so far. Starts and runs perfectly! I don't understand why it was shipped with the dipstick tucked in that made it nearly impossible to pull out and insert the correct way! Also, the gas line wasn't attached to the tank. Why?

Generator arrived in good condition. Put gas and oil in it and it started right up. Just got my power cord hooked up to transfer switch and tried it out. It handled 3 deep freezers and 2 refrigerators, a deep well pump and lights in my house and shop just fine. Can't wait to get propane line ran from my big tank to see how it does. Seems like a good product.

I bought this generator after several weeks of reviewing many generators. I originally planned on buying two. So we could run everything with out a worry. But this generator will run my a/c ,lights, tv and well pump. All at the same time. So another 12000 watt generator might be over kill.

Living in Florida, I have three generators. This is the biggest and best yet ! This is my first dual fuel. Working on getting the correct tank for my use. It is all together and ready to go as soon as I get a tank. I have a family member that has a smaller Westinghouse, that is the reason for my purchase. I'm excited !

I bought this about a year ago, had not needed till Hurricane Milton. We had no power for 3 days, this generator ran flawlessly. I have a 3500 sq foot house and could run both AC units with all other regular house items. I could turn off a unit to run other big items if needed. I ran extension cords to neighbors so they could power there fridges and small items. Did exactly what I needed and cost a fraction of what a few neighbors paid for generac stand by units.

My 20 year old 10K watt Porter Cable / Honda finally died during an extended power outage prompting me to research new generators. I wanted one with a Honda engine but there don't seem to be many this size. I took a chance on the big Westinghouse 12K watt dual fuel. Wow!!! What a machine! They have really made a ton of improvements compared to my old generator. Auto choke, wireless start, dual fuel, output gauges, quieter, runs more steady, and more watts all make this Westinghouse a big winner! I highly recommend it - we only have 12 hours on it so far but if it stays this reliable we will be very happy!

I'm 100% satisfied with this product it seems to be just what they told and explained what it could do and what it would not do. It seems just right for what I need for my home to run my air condition and refrigerator and keep my house pretty much going, you know as normal great product.

I bought this generator to ensure my family would not be without power when the unreliable Texas power grid goes down and having the flexibility of running either of the three fuels was greatly desired. During a 20 minute test run this thing was able to power our entire 3300 square-foot house on a single 50 amp breaker using natural gas gas. This thing is a power horse and a must for anybody wanting whole home power.

This is the second Westinghouse generator I have purchased this month. The dual fuel capability for monthly exercise of the engine was a key feature as well as the low THD. I have owner Generac and a variety of box brands and the workmanship and features for the price make them a high value purchase.

I bought this generator about a year ago when we were out of electrical power for about 8 days after a storm. This replaced my existing dual fuel generator that quit working after a long service career. I like everything about this generator. It starts easily, has a long run time, is quieter than I expected, powers almost my entire house. I waited to review it until I used it for a while so I could determine if I liked it or not. Great purchase.
