This thing is built like a tank. Started up without issue after the tires and oil was added. I've had no issues so far. Make sure you have someone to help you move it cause it's heavy. The tires makes it easy to maneuver around.

It was very easy to assemble and started right with gas. I did buy a conversion kit for natural gas it started right up again. With 1/2 line but it does need a 3/4 inch line from the house.

I bought this after buying a DuroMax duel fuel 13Kw, which would not work on propane. The WGen12000DF worked right out of the box. Very straight forward installation and usage.

I bought this generator about a year ago when we were out of electrical power for about 8 days after a storm. This replaced my existing dual fuel generator that quit working after a long service career. I like everything about this generator. It starts easily, has a long run time, is quieter than I expected, powers almost my entire house. I waited to review it until I used it for a while so I could determine if I liked it or not. I bought this generator less than 2 weeks ago and my electrician will be installing a switch panel for it within the week. I'm excited to have it hooked up. The reviews I have seen about it rate it has one of the best of its class. I don't want a power failure, but when I do I'll feel very confident that I'll continue to have the power I will need.

Between owning a WGen3600DFc and this one, they both are on the heavy side so a two person lift is recommended. I like the protective covering on this model unlike the open body on the WGen3600DFc. I have not used this one yet but I expect to have the same results as my other generator. I bought this one as it runs in less fuel but for longer. Both generator are relatively the same size.

I bought this generator to ensure my family would not be without power when the unreliable Texas power grid goes down and having the flexibility of running either of the three fuels was greatly desired. During a 20 minute test run this thing was able to power our entire 3300 square-foot house on a single 50 amp breaker using natural gas gas. This thing is a power horse and a must for anybody wanting whole home power.

I'm 100% satisfied with this product it seems to be just what they told and explained what it could do and what it would not do. It seems just right for what I need for my home to run my air condition and refrigerator and keep my house pretty much going, you know as normal great product.

Unboxed it, filled it with the supplied oil, hooked the battery and put some gas in it and paired the remote. Fired up on the 2nd try. Turned it on and off from the remote about 50 ft away with no problems. I don't have a load on it yet but will give it a shot after wiring the house with it. I will post those results on you tube once I do it.

I bought this a month ago. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I research many generators and read reviews on them, including this one. So, I purchased this one. This generator is a powerhouse and it has many great features. If we ever have another storm like we did in Texas, I know this will be an asset to us, as well as other reasons to use it.
