Can't put a price on comfort and security knowing that we can restore power in a storm. The product starts right up and handles the load of my home. We are running A/C, septic and well pumps along with standard 110 outlets. We just turn off or turn up A/C to run the range or dryer.

We needed a larger portable generator for our home, I wanted to make sure it would be large enough to support most of our house including our AC. This unit is very heavy assembly was easy but moving it around while assembling you should probably have at least two adults. It started up on the first try after adding the gas and oils. It looks like a well made unit.

This is a very reliable, capable, and reliable whole-house portable generator that I purchased in Florida for Hurricane season. It is much more affordable that the permanent stand-by solutions offered by other companies, and I can take it with me when I move.

I just got it today. Assembly was very easy, just put the bar on and 2 tires. It took a few minutes to fill with oil. Very hard to see the oil on the dip stick. I am going to hook it up to natural gas, but for the test run I used propane. Connecting the propane line (it was supplied) very easy. It started right up. I really like the remote start/stop. I drained the air from 26 gallon compressor and used it for the test. The generator didn't even stumble. I'm excited to put it to the real test next time the power goes out.

Did a ton of research and thrilled to get this up and running. Small shipping issue but Westinghouse support stepped right in and made everything right from day1. Upgrading from a wgen9500 for addiitonal power and intend to use as whole home backup.

Bought it and just started it up. I have not used it, but it fits my needs since it is the only one that comes to the max output for a 50 amp breaker for natural gas that I could find.

Just got delivered awesome generator very well built and sturdy started up came with tools to put together a child could put this together the panel is very well laid out I'm actually very satisfied this thing reeks of power oh yea

so far it seems like a quality unit very well put together started with no issues . it is definitely on the heavy side over 400 lb but that's what's to be expected for unit with this much power.

I bought this generator to replace my smaller 5,000 watt generator. This generator powers everything in my home, including a 5-ton central air conditioning system. I think it is great!

We received our new generator early this morning and have it unpacked, assembled and initial start up. It was very well packed and it appears to be well made and very stout. It is heavier to move than I thought it would be (but I am almost 75 years old). It is relatively quiet as we could hardly hear it from out bedroom. I think we will need an enclosure for it so I don't have to move it. I hate to say this but I am looking forward to running it when we loose power.
