This is my first espresso machine but not my first ninja coffee maker, that said it's certainly the best coffee machine I've purchased. The built in grinder is very convenient and the barista assist is pretty handy at getting the correct grind setting. The built in frother has worked every time and the times it didn't were due to user error. The coffee this machine has made has also been very good the first couple cups were a little wrong again due to user error but once I figured the machine out it did everything I needed to.

Amazing machine. It’s extremely easy to use which is the main reason I love it. The reason for 3 stars is due to the portafilter funnel. Unfortunately the plastic has chipped in 2 places & I’ve only had it for a few weeks now. For the price of the machine I would expect the parts to be super high quality. But again, other than that issue, machine is amazing.

I have had this machine about two weeks and bought it as a replacement of my Breville Barista. I’m so pleased with this machine. The weight based dosing is great, it’s easy to use, I love all the options, and I especially love that there’s a place for all the things needed so it’s neat and tidy. I have run into two small issues: the grinder got stuck when I went from a very coarse to a very fine, but it was easily remedied and I still can’t get the cold foam frother to work. I generally drink my coffee black, but made some lattes for guests who raved about them. The steaming function is great, love that it has a built in whisk and a purging feature. Overall I would give this a 4.8. Some minor flaws, but can’t be beat for the price!

I’ve had this machine for a week now and I have to say … WOW! Very happy with my purchase. Took a beat to really get to know the machine but Ninja provides plenty of guidance. Set up was seamless thanks to the multiple links provided. I’ve had the pleasure of creating all the coffee variations the machine provides and have been extremely satisfied from ease of operation to taste (especially the cold brew … delicious)! Initially, I thought it quite large but it fits and looks great. The price point is significant. However, when you consider all the machine is capable of, I believe, its worth the investment. I highly recommend this machine for anyone who enjoys a variation of coffee beverages.

I’ve had this machine about 3 weeks now, I use it every single day. It’s easy to use and clean. Only issue I have is brewing a quad shot. I have yet to use it for regular coffee but I like that I have that option. My husband just wishes there was a single shot option.

Really shocked at all it does for the price and not all plastic more metal than you would expect. It brews a great cup of espresso, coffee, or cold brew. The frother has many options as well. Easy to clean. Comes will built in storage too! Love it!

Grounds everywhere, I've tried doing a quad shot 3 times, I go by the recommended grind amount and every single time grounds are everywhere before I pull it out. I've tried googling, and can't find a solution. Also impossible to reach anyone via chat or phone

I bought mine a month ago and have been able to use it for three days before a part broke that renders the machine useless without. The part has been out of stock the entire time, so it’s just taking up space in my kitchen and not being used. Very disappointed.
