I'm obsessed - this machine can do (and does it Well) everything I want . Officially there is no need to go to a coffee shop. Lattes cold brew cold foam. All the things. It's so simple to use . I had a Breville for years and this is just so much easier to use and consistent in quality .

Wasteful and not consistent, always a mound of ground coffee that falls out after the machine is in brew mode. I do recommended grinds and it's never consistent.

I bought this a few months ago. I like it but I'm experiencing a problem. When I'm making espresso, it will have me dial the grounding to 10-15, the directions indicate something about this. But then when I brew the espresso at that grinding size, nothing comes out, It just wastes the espresso, and my time. This morning the espresso grind size suggested 10. I did that and it was ruined, nothing came out. I moved it up to 15, a couple drips came out. I used 20, and i got espresso but it seemed to run thru that too fast Overall I like the machine but if this keeps happening or I can't find a resolution, its going back.

*photos are of the replacement base received* I bought this about a month ago. Finally settled in after a move, followed the set up process.. okay great i was so excited. Following day I made a drink, yum! *This great!* next day, i get an error code "add beans" no troubleshooting
