So I will start out by saying I got this machine 10 months ago for my birthday as a gift from my dad, and this is genuinely one of the most useful gifts I've ever received! I didn't think I would love it as much as I do now but I honestly can never go back. I tried everything from percolator's, French press, even trying to make my own cold brew but nothing was coming out the way I wanted it. I would frequent coffee shops almost every day but now I can make whatever coffee I want in the comfort of my own home. I won't lie, it was difficult at first to get the hang of, I didn't understand grind size or the strength setting but I kept using it over and over until about two weeks in then I started getting the hang of it and I found my coffee started tasting better and more rich and creamy! My favorite drink to make is a hot or iced white mocha and with the ninja luxe every time I make it, it's a perfect cup. The maintenance is super easy you just wipe everything down after using it and once a month you do a descale on the machine which takes five minutes at the most. I can honestly say this machine is worth all the time and effort I put into it, I even started learning how to do latte art for my hot coffees with the steamer and jug attachment!

Absolutely amazing machine, the amount of different drinks you can make is great, especially the different types of milk, really enjoying making cold foam ATM with the cold milk setting. Easy to maintain and clean and the water tank is big enough that you don't feel like your constantly having to refill. Not too loud but if you in a small house with thin walls you might have a slight problem, mainly the grinder and the milk more than anything. Drip trays great with the little orange thing that tells you when it's getting fill As far as the actual coffee the machine also has 3 different strengths you can experiment with, I feel like these are quite accurate as to what you would want and expect. The included milk jug isn't great for latte art but I'm sure with some practice you could make it work

I purchased this espresso machine about 10 mos ago. Could not be happier. I love that it has onboard compartments for the accessories. Nothing laying around the kitchen. All the nessary parts are metal, solid which is refreshing. I did learn after reading one review not to force the plastic grinding cuff into the holder, just turn it with a slight push and it pops in. Pushing it will cause it to break. I have had no issues with it. A must is clean the wand after use. Don't get lazy and always push it back to self clean. AMAZING. Purchased good coffe. The entire family now has their specialties. Espresso martinis, Cappuccino and iced coffee. All from one machine.

I absolutely love my Cafe Luxe Premier. It's great for convenience as it takes the place of three separate appliances so my counter is less crowded. The coffee is consistently good and much better than my old espresso machine. I love having so many choices on what to brew with the easy to follow directions on the machine. I will never remove that label. My espresso has the perfect amount of crema and is smooth and flavorful. I give this five stars and now two other family members own this as well. Perfect!

This is working out so well for me! I love the fact that I can make espresso, regular coffee, or cold brew , and have froth or cold foam with all. I can try any dairy, or alternative, yes results will vary, but I don't have to worry if it will adversity affect the machine . As someone who had only used a pod machine this was a learning curve, the first cups required the instructions in my left hand and my reading glasses, but the process quickly became easy. Love, love, love a Breve' Latte at home!!

We own a lot of Ninja products and have always had great experiences with them. Unfortunately, after reading through the reviews on this product, I've decided not to purchase it. A lot of the 5-star reviews just don't feel authentic to me. Many read very similarly, almost AI-generated, and I was surprised by how many include multiple detailed photos. It left me questioning whether some of the reviews may be incentivized or promotional. That's disappointing because I genuinely like Ninja products. You lost a longtime customer on this purchase simply because I don't feel like I can trust the reviews.

I love making cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and other fancy coffee drinks. I feel like a pro barista although I am a beginner! The machine is easy to set up. It's got compartments to store accessories. I am very happy with it and recommend it to anyone who enjoys good coffee drinks.
