[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so impressed by this espresso/coffee machine. It hits well above its weight class. Thisis a very heavy, well built, beautiful machine with quality parts. It feels like a much more expensive Delonghi or Jura. The design is thoughtful. It incorporates features like testing and adjusting for water hardness, recalibrating when new beans are added, and inconspicuous storage for parts. Large capacity hopper. I love that I can make espresso, coffee, and cold brew all in one. I’ve always been impressed with Ninja’s ability to pack features into the products they build. I also own a Ninja blender, air purifier, and pressure/multi cooker. The Cafe Lux is the most impressive yet.

Love this machine. I’ve had it for over two weeks now and have used it every day. Love a good latte in the morning and love that I can push 3 buttons and it’s done while I get ready for work. This machine could not be easier to use and the coffee taste great. I watch Cody Tries Stuff do latte art every morning on IG using this machine and am looking forward to trying it out myself

I wasn't expected Ninja will be using cheap parts. When I opened the box there were some scratches over the machine but I wanted to give it a chance. The first week, I was enjoying the different modalities of my new expresso coffee machine but just less than a month I had two parts broken for example the funnel lost three lashes and the plastic part of the drip tray one of the corner is broken. I believe these parts are made with cheap materials. I have different Ninja products, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me with their products.

I’ve had mine for a couple of weeks, and I’m obsessed! I saw this machine got great reviews, and I had been looking for a while. When I received it and set it up, I knew I’d love it. The coffee is phenomenal! I’ve made mostly 10 oz coffee, but the espresso is also so good, and the frother works like a charm. The machine is pretty intuitive and I’ve had no problems. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an elevated coffee and espresso experience at home. No lines!!

This machine exceeds all expectations! Its so easy to use and makes absolutely the best coffee and espressos. I used to go to coffee shops multiple times a week and I haven't gone a single time since purchasing this because I can make everything I need at home and 100% better! I love it so much and highly reccommend it!

I'm a regular coffee drinker so If there was any updates to this machine my opinion would be to allow a smaller amount of coffee grinds for a cup of coffee. We have to set it to a 6 or 8 oz cup of coffee grind for beans then turn it off and then on and set it to 12 oz. cup but then you can't tamp it down because you have to use the luxe basket.

We just unboxed our unit today, it was so easy setting up with the help of the video online. I made my wife a latte and she said it was amazing, I enjoy my drip coffee and I like mine on the stronger side, and let me tell you this makes the perfect cup of coffee. I’m excited to try the cold coffee

Always I want a espresso machine, but all are really expensive and I don't found any one impressed me, but when I saw the ninja brand I'm in love... Is these best, easy and simple use, this coffee machine has everything, and every details impress me. The plant base milk detail in the frother is awesome for me. The coffee machine, is the coffee machine for my dreams.

I have a vacation house on Cape Cod Mass. I enjoy my morning cappuccino when we are home from my Breville Barista machine. I didn’t want to spend what I spent for the Breville. When I saw the Ninja luxe I was very happy with its price point. I ordered it for the vacation house. I love it. It functions exactly as promised. Its very easy to use and it involves almost zero clean up. Great machine

I bought this less than 60 days ago. The funnel broke in like 1 month, plus the funnel alarm constantly comes on. It takes about 20 try’s to get it to work. Additionally, the gravity feed for the bean hopper needs constant assistance or it stops feeding. They need to take this poorly engineered machine back to formula and try again. I am on the replacement funnel list for the second time, first one sold out in minutes due to the extreme amount of people that already need a replacement funnel. I now own a large metal boat anchor…extremely disappointed
