If you’re not looking to spend 5-10 minutes to prep and make a cup of coffee this isn’t the machine for you. It stores all your accessories on the side or inside the machine which is an amazing feature!

I wasn't expected Ninja will be using cheap parts. When I opened the box there were some scratches over the machine but I wanted to give it a chance. The first week, I was enjoying the different modalities of my new expresso coffee machine but just less than a month I had two parts broken for example the funnel lost three lashes and the plastic part of the drip tray one of the corner is broken. I believe these parts are made with cheap materials. I have different Ninja products, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me with their products.

Absolutely love this coffee maker, I have several Ninja products in my kitchen and have never been disappointed with any of them. This device makes the most robust flavored coffee (of course you decide how robust) but it makes a perfect cup every time. I actually look forward to mornings to have a cup fresh brewed in my Ninja Luxe.

Just received our new Ninja to our family. We had purchased a different espresso machine. Never took out of box. When I saw Ninjs had one I knew we had to have it‼️My philosophy is Ninja need what they are doing You know it will work and you are happy. This true with this espresso machine follow video. It figures out all hard parts.They take quess part out for grind how much you need to use how long brew. The frother less more. Froth. Our first cup I didn’t to use flavored creamer. Perfection so smooth 😊

So far I am loving this machine. The Classic Coffee Drip is good, the espresso comes out perfect. I have owned several Espresso machines and without understanding the mathematics behind it, I never did get a good tasting shot. I am very happy with this purchase. I drink regular coffee, lattes and iced coffees and this provides all with great taste.

I was so excited to get to try Ninja’s new espresso/coffee machine, and it has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I took it out of the box, the quality and durability was evident. The short set up video was incredibly easy to follow. I was ready to make my first latte in less than ten minutes. The process of making my favorite espresso drink was also quick and easy, and the finished product was incredible. I can see this machine completely replacing all other espresso/coffee making devices. Ninja has thought of everything with the LUXE CAFE. The incorporated storage allows a clutter free space and adds to the high end feel. I look forward to trying more drinks! There has been no need to visit my favorite coffee shop since getting the new LUXE CAFE. I highly recommend it!

Really shocked at all it does for the price and not all plastic more metal than you would expect. It brews a great cup of espresso, coffee, or cold brew. The frother has many options as well. Easy to clean. Comes will built in storage too! Love it!

I love the coffee it makes but the water indicator on the tray doesn't work until the machine is already leaking water all over the countertop. I tried reaching out to get a new tray and they make it hard to actually contact someone to get help - just offer a 60 day warranty. This is a design flaw I wish I knew about before I bought it.

We just got the Cafe Lux for Christmas. It is a great machine save one obvious oversight. There is no hot water option / button. You can't make tea, have an americano,nor add hot water to any drinks. I'm not sure, given what else the machine does, that this would have been missed?
