Really shocked at all it does for the price and not all plastic more metal than you would expect. It brews a great cup of espresso, coffee, or cold brew. The frother has many options as well. Easy to clean. Comes will built in storage too! Love it!

Grounds everywhere, I've tried doing a quad shot 3 times, I go by the recommended grind amount and every single time grounds are everywhere before I pull it out. I've tried googling, and can't find a solution. Also impossible to reach anyone via chat or phone

I love this thing. I use it first thing in the morning. I drink my cappuccino. On the way out to work around lunch time I make myself an ice coffee. I have only owned it for two weeks. On my off time I try a different drinks. Last week I made an espresso martini. It is impressive and a topic of conversation once spotted by visitors. They all want to try a cup of coffee. Grind, brew, froth, serve, enjoy. Next toy is the Ninja Slushy Machine.

This espresso machine is very easy to use and takes the guesswork out of the process. My only complaint is there is no hot water dispenser to allow you to make an Americano without having to heat water separately. To overcome this I have been using the milk frother to steam heat the water. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

This machine exceeds all expectations! Its so easy to use and makes absolutely the best coffee and espressos. I used to go to coffee shops multiple times a week and I haven't gone a single time since purchasing this because I can make everything I need at home and 100% better! I saw a lot of reviews on TikTok before I was convinced to buy this unit. Now, a month away from use, I can say that I can not be more satisfied. It is a robust machine, of good building materials! 💯 I recommend you try different brands and types of coffee ☕. After several tests and to configure the machine properly, I can say that it prepares a cappuccino at its exact point for my tastes. 😋 At first, it battles a little with American style coffee; it was very bitter and unbalanced, but I discovered, reading the manual, that there is an option where the machine reduces the amount of coffee during the milling, and this made it look as we like in our house! 🙌 In conclusion, if you want a coffee that is always perfect, without many Complications and quickly, this is your machine! ✅ One point you might consider for upcoming versions is to be able to strain the coffee and foam the milk at the same time; that would make the drinks prepare faster.

I am a serious coffee drinker, but I didn't know the science of espresso; I just wanted great coffee. For the price point, the Luxe has a whole lot of features and has some features that more expensive machines have. So far, all of the drinks are great, and it is pretty easy to use, which was important to me. Cleanup seems easy, the machine is quiet, and versatile with thoughtful touches like storage for the accessories. I am very happy with my purchase
